有し、この温風炉に給気ダンパと循環ブロワとヒ
ータとエアフイルタとを備えて温風を循環供給す
る給気系を接続すると共に、排気ブロワを備えた
排気系を接続して温風の排気を行うよう構成した
乾燥機において、 排気系に可変速制御用モータ付き排気ブロワと
開度制御用モータ付きダンパを縦列配置すると共
に乾燥機内圧力を測定する圧力発信器を設け、 前記圧力発信器による圧力測定値を予め定めた
圧力設定値と比較し、圧力測定値が圧力設定値に
対し所定の許容範囲外の場合にその偏差に応じて
前記開度制御用モータを制御してダンパの開度を
修正し、圧力測定値が圧力設定値に対し所定の許
容範囲内の場合にその偏差に応じて前記可変速制
御用モータを制御して排気ブロワの回転数を修正
して乾燥機内の内圧を一定に保持するよう構成し
たコントローラとを設けることを特徴とする乾燥
