Abstract

PURPOSE:To simultaneously mold a wire harness and check conduction thereof without destroying an arranged pattern by coupling a connector provided at the end of the wire harness to the other provided on a base of a solid molding die and fixing the wire harness in a slot of the molding die. CONSTITUTION:A wire harness 5 is arranged in a slot 6, corresponding to a wiring pattern, of a molding die 1. Connectors 7 and 7' at the ends of the wire harness 5 are coupled to connectors 9 and 9' of a base 8, respectively. The wire harness 5 is then fixed on the solid molding die 1. Next, electrical conduction is checked by a tester 10 while a movable molding die 2 is matched with the solid molding die 1 to mold and solidify the wire harness 5.

コネクタを固定し、ワイヤハーネスを上記固定成形型の
溝に配設すると共に、その両端のコネクタを上記台座の
コネクタと嵌合させることにより、ト記構内に安定載置
した後、可動成形型を突き合わせて、上記ハーネスを成
形固化させながら、その電気的導通をチェックするよう
にしたものである。
