〔産業上の利用分野〕
本発明は、自動車等の機器内配線に使用されるワイヤハ
ーネスの成形方法に関し、特に成形と導通チェックとを

〔問題点を解決する為の手段〕
本発明は、上記問題点に鑑み、固定成形型と可動成形型
の夫々に三次元方向へ広がる合わせ目を構成してこれら
面にワイヤハーネスの配線パターンに対応した溝を設け
ると共に、上記固定成形型を支持する台座の」二記溝の
延長方向線上に導通チェック用回路の端末に構成される
コネクタを固定し、ワイヤハーネスを上記固定成形型の
溝に配設すると共に、その両端のコネクタを上記台座の
コネクタと嵌合させることにより、ト記構内に安定載置
した後、可動成形型を突き合わせて、上記ハーネスを成
形固化させながら、その電気的導通をチェックするよう

(3)発明の効果
本発明によれば、ワイヤハーネスの端末に構成されるコ

溝内に固定させる為、三次元構造となった固定成形型上
においてしその配設パターンが崩れることなく、成形に
供するのである。また、成形サイクル時間内にワイヤハ

ターンに対応した溝を設けると共に上記固定成形型を支
持する台座の上記溝の延長方向線上に導通チェック用回
路の端末に構成されるコネクタを固定し、ワイヤハーネ
スを上記固定成形型の溝に配設すると共にその両端のコ
ネクタを上記台座のコネクタと嵌合させることにより、
上記構内に安定載置した後、可動成形型を突き合わせて
、上記ハーネスを成形固化させながら、その電気的導通
をチェックするようにしたことを特徴とするワイヤハー
