本考案は、オーデイオ機器やビデオ機器等に使

従来技術
第1図は、従来一般に使用されている2連式ピ
ンコネクタを示す図で、同図aは完成した状態の
全体構成を示しており、1はプラスチツク樹脂か
らなるカバー、2はプラグピン、3は中央ピン接
続端子〔b図参照〕、4はピン外周部、5はリー
ド線である。同図bは、各ピンプラグの単体であ
り、これに同図cのように半田付等によりリード
線を接続し、次に同図dに示すような成形金型6
に定ピツチガイドを介して取り付け、塩化ビニー
ル等にプラスチツク樹脂を圧入等により成形して
図aに示すような一体モールド化した完成品を得

構 成
本考案は、上記目的を達成するために、複数個
のUSピンコネクタのオス側を1枚の絶縁板に取
り付け、該絶縁板の表面又は裏面に、前記USピ
ンコネクタのオス側と接続される印刷配線パター
ンを設け、一体モールド形成したことを特徴とす
るものである。以下、本考案の構成を実施例に基

ることにより、ピンプラグ間のピツチが固定され
るので、これにプラスチツク樹脂を圧入等により
射出成形して一体モールド化しても、ピツチずれ
を生ずることはなく、また、成形後の横ゆれやピ
ツチのずれが無く安定したピツチを得ることがで

き、或いは、ステレオからモノラルへの変換アダ

がなく、成形後の横ゆれやピツチずれも無く安定
したピツチを得ることができる。また、USピン
プラグのオス側を取り付ける絶縁板を配線基板と
して両面に導体パターンを形成することにより、
配線が簡単化され、接続の信頼性の向上を図るこ
