- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 第１偏光プリズム１と、入射光を４５°旋光し
て出射するフアラデー回転子２と、第１偏光プリ
ズム１の透過偏光面に対してその透過偏光面をフ
アラデー回転子２の旋光方向に４５°回転させて
配置した第２偏光プリズム３とから構成される光
アイソレータにおいて、 前記第１及び第２偏光プリズム１，３を光アイ
ソレータの中心線に対してそれぞれ反対方向に同
一角度傾けて配置するとともに、 前記フアラデー回転子２をどちらか一方の偏光
プリズムと平行になるように配置したことを特徴
