    と磁石とを備え直線偏光が入射するフアラデー回
    転子と、検光子と受光素子とを配列してなる温度
    スイツチ装置。 ２ フアラデー回転子の前段に光源と偏光子とを
    設けた請求項１記載の温度スイツチ装置。 ３ 検光子として偏光プリズムを用い、その偏光
    膜の透過光と反射光を検出する受光素子をそれぞ
    れ設けた請求項１又は請求項２記載の温度スイツ
    チ装置。 ４ 両受光素子の差動出力を取り出す請求項３記
    載の温度スイツチ装置。
