【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ワークに設けられ大径孔と該大径孔の奥部に段
部を介して連接された小径孔とからなる段付孔に
対する芯出を行うと共に、該段付孔の大径孔に圧
入部品を上記段部へ押込んだ状態で圧入するため
のセンタライズ圧入治具であつて、 上記ワークの段付孔に対して進退動可能な圧入
治具本体と、 該圧入治具本体を上記段付孔に対して進退動さ
せる第1アクチユエータと、 上記圧入治具本体の先端に設けられ、先端側が
上記段付孔内に挿入可能に形成されているととも
に後部外周に上記圧入部品を外嵌せしめて後退不
能に係止する係止部を有する係止部材と、 該係止部材の先端側に各々基端を上記係止部よ
りも前方側にピン支持して自由端を係止部寄りと
して配設され、該自由端が係止部材の外周から出
没可能で該自由端が係止部材外周から突出する拡
開時に芯出を行う複数のセンタライズ部材と、 上記圧入治具本体の内部に圧入治具本体の進退
方向に沿つて前後移動可能に設けられ、最前端に
移動したときに上記各センタライズ部材に当接し
て各センタライズ部材を拡開せしめるスライダ部
材と、 該スライダ部材を前後移動せしめる第2アクチ
ユエータと、 上記係止部材の係止部に圧入部品を外嵌係止し
た状態での上記圧入治具本体を該係止部材の先端
側をワークの段付孔内に挿入せしめるよう前進さ
せ、圧入部品が段付孔の大径孔に圧入される前に
上記スライダ部材を最前端に前進移動させてセン
タライズ部材を拡開せしめることで該大径孔に対
して圧入治具本体を芯出し、圧入部品が大径孔に
部分的に圧入された時点で上記スライダ部材を後
退移動させて上記センタライズ部材を縮閉せしめ
たのち、圧入部品を段付孔の段部まで押込んで大
径孔に圧入せしめるよう上記第1及び第2アクチ
ユエータを制御する制御手段とを備えたことを特
徴とするセンタライズ圧入治具。
