を圧入穴に向け移動させる移動手段により構成さ

しすることができ、またブツシユを保持した圧入
シヤフトは、位置決めピンに嵌合するとともに、
位置決めピンを圧入穴から押し出すよう後退させ

ツトは、ブツシユの圧入方向に所定範囲弾性的に
移動可能に基台上に配設された圧入部支持部材
と、先端部が前記圧入穴の内径より小径でかつ基
端部が圧入穴の内径とほぼ同径のテーパ状をなす
とともに前記圧入部支持部材上に載置した圧入穴
に圧入部支持部材を貫通して挿入されさらに弾性
的に後退する位置決めピンとにより構成されてお
り、前記基準ガイドユニツトは、位置決めピンの
前進方向に沿うワークの所定範囲以上の移動を規
制するワーク押さえと、ブツシユの圧入方向にお
ける圧入部支持部材の所定範囲以上の移動を規制
するストツパとにより構成され、また前記圧入ユ
ニツトは前記位置決めピンに同一軸線上に嵌合さ
れる圧入シヤフトにブツシユを保持するとともに
位置決めピンを押圧して後退させることにより圧
入ブツシユを圧入穴に向け移動させる移動手段に
より構成されていることを特徴とするフローテイ
ング位置決め方式ブツシユ圧入装置。
