Abstract

CONSTITUTION:A rail 2 is installed onto the bottom part or upper part or the both of a building body 1, for example on the bottom surface of a framing in the lower part, and a projecting device 3 which is shifted along the rail 2 through a belt 4 (may be wire), drive pulley 7 and a pulley 6 by a built-in motor and the box 5 of a gear is installed. Further, the motor can be controlled by a control circuit 9 connected with a switch 10 and a battery 11, and the battery 11 is connected with a charging connector 12a. The motor is revolved by turning-ON the switch 10, and the fittings are opened and closed through the device 3, and when the fittings are closed, the battery 11 is charged.
