Claims (1)
- 気体の圧力を検知する装置において、気体を流
動させる管の一部に光透過部を設け、該光透過部
をはさんで管内に光照射を行う投光部と、気体の
屈折率の変化に伴う該投光部からの光軸の変動を
検出する光軸センサとを配置したことを特徴とす
る圧力計。
