る昇降台を移送空間部内に立設したガイドレールに沿っ
て昇降させる昇降装置と、収納体を移送空間部と収納部
間で横移送させるために上記昇降台に設けられた横移送
装置とを備え、さらに上記移送空間部の建屋側に、建屋
の屋内に連通して収納体を塔本体から出入れ自在とする
搬出入口を設け、かつ該搬出入口近傍に上記昇降装置と
横移送装置とを操作制御する制御部を設けたことを特徴
