Claims (1)
- 中心にドライブ軸の貫通孔を有する円板と、表
面に砥粒が位置するよう二つ折りに屈曲した多数
枚の研磨シートとから成り、各シートを屈曲線が
外周方向に位置し、かつ両片が円板の両面に重な
つて放射状に配列すると共に、上記円板に接着剤
を介し固着した研磨具。
