Claims (1)
- 多数枚の短形研磨シートの側縁をオーバーラツ
プさせると共に、放射状に配列集合させて形成し
た環状の研磨板と、この研磨板の研磨面を有しな
い片面に接着剤を介し裏面を貼り合わせた円板と
、この円板の中心に設けたドライブ軸の貫通孔と
から成る研磨具において、円板の裏面中央部に内
外二条の内側環状壁及び外側環状壁を設けて、内
側環状壁と研磨板との間に上記外側環状壁が埋没
するよう接着剤を充填し、又外側環状壁の所要位
置に上記接着剤の通過部を設けたことを特徴とす
る研磨具。
