Conventional temperature measuring devices each have a display device for each of a plurality of measurement points, so the display devices are large and require a large installation space. Furthermore, since a plurality of display devices are installed in one place, there is a problem in that the correspondence between measurement points and measured temperatures cannot be immediately recognized.

In FIG. 1, analog data measured by temperature measuring elements 1a, 1b, 1c, . . . placed at each measurement point is input to amplifiers 2a, 2b, 2c, . . . and amplified, respectively. Amplifiers 2a, 2b, 2c
... are scanned by the scanning circuit 91 and output amplified outputs to the data bus 31. The amplified output output to the data bus 31 is converted into digital data by the A/D converter 3 and input to the decoder 4. The decoder 4 converts the output of the A/D converter 3 into a code signal suitable for the numerical display device 6 for temperature display, and supplies the code signal to the driver circuit 5. The driver circuit 5 drives the temperature display numeric display device 6 according to the output of the decoder 4. On the other hand, scanning circuit 91 derives a code signal indicating the amplifier being scanned, and this code signal is input to decoder 92. The decoder 92 converts the output code signal of the scanning circuit 91 into a code signal suitable for the measurement point number display numeric display device 94 and inputs the converted code signal to the driver 93. The driver 93 drives the numerical display device 94 for displaying measurement point numbers in response to the output of the decoder 92 to display numerical values. Here, the abnormality detection circuit 7 is connected to the data bus 31, and when the outputs of the amplifier circuits 2a, 2b, 2c... indicate an abnormality of the temperature measurement elements 1a, 1b, 1c..., the temperature measurement elements 1a, 1b, 1c... An abnormality such as an open failure or a short circuit failure is detected, and a code signal corresponding to the abnormality is input to the decoder 4. The decoder 41 generates a code signal corresponding to the abnormal state of the temperature measuring elements 1a, 1b, 1c, . . . and inputs it to the driver circuit 5. In response to the code signal, the driver circuit 5 causes the temperature display numeric display device 6 to display other than numbers, such as the displays shown in FIG. Displays such as "E" and "A" and "SH" (abbreviation for SHORT) shown in Figure 4 A and B indicate a short-circuit fault, and "OP" (abbreviation for OPEN) indicates an open fault.

According to the present invention, there is provided a temperature measurement point display means for displaying data indicating a temperature measurement element, a temperature display means for displaying the temperature of the temperature measurement point, and a temperature measurement point display means for detecting an abnormality in the temperature measurement element and detecting an abnormal state of the temperature measurement element. Since it is equipped with an abnormality detection means that displays the corresponding symbol on the temperature display means, there is no need to provide a display device for each temperature measurement point as in the past, and it does not take up installation space. It is possible to provide a temperature measuring device that improves visual recognition performance by displaying these in association with each other, and also allows immediate visual confirmation of the details of an abnormality in a temperature measuring element and allows immediate response to an abnormal state.
