The present invention relates to a mouth fusing device for synthetic resin bags, and its purpose is to obtain bags with strong sealing strength. Conventionally used mouth fusing devices for synthetic resin bags have the drawback of not being able to provide sufficient sealing strength. The present invention aims to improve this. 1st
The figure is a side view of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a representative side view of the prior art. The main mouth fusing device has a symmetrical endless band 5 that clamps and moves the synthetic resin bag, and has two heating parts, a first heating part 1 and a second heating part, which can fuse the mouth part of the synthetic resin bag. It has 2. The first heating section 1 is 50 to
Fusion is carried out at a temperature 200°C higher, and the second heating section 2 heat-treats the opening of the fused synthetic resin bag at a temperature 0 to 20°C higher than the melting point of the synthetic resin material,
Removes residual stress. A pair of press rolls 3 provided between these two heating parts press the endless band 5 at an arbitrary pressure. The air cooling section 4 performs air cooling so that the fused mouth part of the synthetic resin bag can be freely contracted by cooling without restraining it, thereby obtaining a synthetic resin bag with strong sealing strength. On the other hand, a conventionally used mouth fusing device is shown in a side view of the prior art in FIG. Second
In the figure, the synthetic resin bag is fused in the heat fusion part as in the present invention, but in the water cooling or air cooling part 2', the fused mouth part is immediately cooled or air cooled. In the conventional method, the fused mouth portion is rapidly cooled from a high temperature to room temperature, resulting in residual stress due to a large temperature difference, resulting in poor sealing strength. Preferred materials for the synthetic resin that can be used in the present invention include low-density polyethylene, high-density polyethylene, linear low-density polyethylene, copolymers of ethylene and α-olefin, or mixtures of these and inorganic materials. Examples include mixtures with fillers. Next, the differences between the present invention and the prior art will be compared in Examples. Example A film with a thickness of 0.2 mm was made using low-density polyethylene (Ube polyethylene HFO19) as the material, and the sealing conditions and sealing strength obtained under those conditions were evaluated using the present invention and the conventional technology described above. compared.
