Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the moisture content of a piece of solid soap from evaporating by a method wherein the edges of a sheet of non-water permeable wrapping paper are overlapped along the longitudinal center line on the back face of the soap and bonded together by hot-melt adhesive to form them into a flat face, and the edges of the paper on the cut-end sides of the soap are folded and fixed by hot-melt adhesive to form them into flat face. CONSTITUTION:Edges 4 of a sheet of non-water permeable wrapping paper 1 corresponding to the longitudinal central line on the back face of a piece of solid soap 2 and parts corresponding to the cut-end 5 sides of the soap 2 are coated with hot-melt adhesive 7 at a previous step. The wrapping paper 1 is wounded around the soap 2 with the cut-ends 5 of the soap 2 remaining unwrapped, and the edges 4 of the wrapping paper 1 is overlapped along the longitudinal center line 011 the back face of the soap 2 and heated by a band heater 8 to melt the hot-melt adhesive 7. Then, the hot-melt adhesive 7 is cooled and solidified by a band cooler 10. In this fixing step, both edges of the wrapping paper 1 on the cut-end 5 sides of the soap 2 are folded to form an item 11 to be packaged. The folding step can be done by screws 9 located on both sides of the band heater 8. Then, the edges of the wrapping paper on the cut-end 5 sides of the soap 2 are heated and fuse-bonded to form them into flat faces. This heating is preferably done by plate heaters 14 which are located on both sides of a conveyer 12, that carries the article to be packaged, and arranged at certain distances so that the wrapping paper 1 on the cut-end 5 sides of the soap 2 can be press-bonded. Then, the cut-end 5 sides are cooled and solidified by coolers 20 which are preferably arranged in the same way as the arrangement of the heaters 14.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION If bar soaps, which have been widely used in the past, are left in their natural state, the water they contain will evaporate over time. As the moisture content of bar soap evaporates, it becomes thinner and smaller in appearance, and a space is formed between the bar soap and the wrapping paper.

Also, in terms of usability, it has the disadvantage that it foams poorly and becomes hard, resulting in a poor feeling of use.

Therefore, it is necessary to prevent the moisture contained in bar soap from evaporating, but conventional packaging for bar soap involves point-bonding or partial bonding of wrapping paper coated with bar soap at the polymerization part. However, with these methods, it is difficult to prevent the volatilization of the contained water. Particularly, the moisture contained in the bar soap was significantly volatilized due to poor packaging at the edges of the package formed at both ends of the bar soap.

Means for Solving the Problems In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides a moisture-impermeable wrapping paper that covers the outer periphery of the bar soap, in the portion corresponding to the band of the bar soap and the portion corresponding to the edge of the bar soap. A hot melt that melts when heated is applied in a separate process, and this wrapping paper is wrapped around a bar of soap, leaving the edge part, so that it polymerizes in the band, and the polymerized part of the band is heated in a planar manner to form a hot melt. After melting the melt, the melted part is cooled and solidified, and in the process of attaching the band, the wrapping paper at the edge of the bar of soap is folded to form a packaged object, and the wrapping edge of this packaged object is folded to form a surface. The method is characterized in that the hot melt of the wrapping paper at the edge of the folded package is melted, heat-sealed in a planar shape, and then the heat-sealed portion is cooled and solidified.

Function Since the present invention is configured as described above, in order to coat the bar soap in a water-impermeable state, first, the water-impermeable wrapping paper that covers the outer periphery of the bar soap is melted by heating. Apply hot melt. This hot melt is applied to the wrapping paper on the part corresponding to the strip of bar soap and the part corresponding to the edge of the bar soap, but the hot melt is melted by heating and creates a strong adhesive force, which is applied to the wrapping paper in the subsequent process. When gluing by folding, specify the application position so that the hot melt will not be exposed on the surface. Further, the hot melt is applied to the wrapping paper in a process separate from the packaging process, and is configured so that it does not develop adhesive strength until it is heated.

Effects of the Invention The present invention is based on the above-mentioned method.A moisture-impermeable wrapping paper is polymerized at the band portion and fixed in a planar shape using hot melt, and the wrapping paper at the edge is folded to form a planar shape using hot melt. Since the bar soap is fixed to the packaging paper, the water-impermeable packaging maintains its airtightness and prevents moisture from evaporating, resulting in a thinner and smaller appearance and a space between it and the wrapping paper. There is nothing that can be done. Also, in terms of usability, the foaming at the time of manufacture and the good feeling of use can be maintained for a long period of time.

In addition, since the above-mentioned surface fixation is done by hot melting, the airtightness of the bar soap can be improved compared to the conventional method of hot melting the resin-laminated wrapping paper itself and bonding points or parts. It is possible to significantly increase the water content and effectively prevent the volatilization of the contained moisture.

(1) A hot melt that melts when heated is applied in a separate process to the area corresponding to the band of the bar soap and the area corresponding to the edge of the bar soap of the moisture-impermeable wrapping paper that covers the outer periphery of the bar soap,
This wrapping paper is wound around a bar of soap leaving the edge part, so that it polymerizes at the band part, and the polymerized part of this band part is heated in a planar manner to melt the hot melt, and then the melted part is cooled and solidified. In this step of attaching the band, the wrapping paper at the edge of the bar soap is folded to form a packaged object, and the wrapping edge of this packaged object is heated in a planar manner, and the folded edge of the package is wrapped. A method for airtight packaging of bar soap, characterized by melting paper hot melt, heat-sealing it in a planar shape, and then cooling and solidifying the heat-sealed portion.

(2) Apply hot melt that melts when heated to positions corresponding to the band of the bar soap and the mouth of the bar soap to form a water-impermeable wrapping paper, and wrap this wrapping paper around the bar soap. A band heater is formed to planarly heat the polymerized band, and this band heater is formed to be able to transport solid soap, and a band cooler is used to solidify the hot melt heated and melted by the band heater. is formed adjacent to the strip heater in the direction of transport of the bar soap, and a folding screw is positioned parallel to the strip cooler and strip heater, and this folding screw is used to open the small end of the bar soap and wrap the wrapping paper. An object to be packaged is provided by folding and covering the object, and planar heaters are placed on both sides of a transfer conveyor on which the object to be packaged is placed and transferred, at a distance that allows the opening of the package to be crimped. An airtight packaging device for bar soap, characterized in that a planar cooler is located on both sides of the transfer conveyor adjacent to the heater in the transfer direction, with a space that allows the cooler to come into contact with the edge of the packaged object.
