【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は自動車等の車輛用内装部品に関し、さ
らに詳しくは車体パネルに取付けた際に転動を生
ずることのない車輛用内装部品の構造に関するも
のである。

車輛用内装部品、例えばルーフコーナートリム
やセンターピラートリム等は、ウレタン等の発泡
合成樹脂パツドに塩ビレザー、クロス等の表皮材
を被覆したものに硬質合成樹脂または金属等の芯
材を裏打ちし、クリツプ等の器具により該芯材を
車体パネルに結合することによつて組付けが行わ
れるのが一般である。第1図はこのような内装部
品の取付状態を示した断面図である。前記の如く
パツドと表皮材で形成された内装部品1には、芯
材2が裏打ちされている。芯材2には長手方向に
適宜間隔をおいて取付座3が複数個(後出第2図
参照)固設されている。取付座3の横孔4に金属
製クリツプ5の脚部を、また車体パネル6に設け
られた取付孔7にクリツプ5の頭部を嵌挿するこ
とによつて取付けが行われている。

構成された車輛用内装部品において、前記取付座
のクリツプ取付部の両側に硬質の突起を設け、こ
の突起を車体パネルに当接せしめることによつて
内装部品の転動を防止することを要旨とするもの
である。以下図面に示した実施例に基いて本考案
の構成を説明する。

に設けられている。この突起9,9は所要の高さ
で、上表面両側にクリツプ脚部嵌挿方向に平行に
設けられたものである。この取付座3を前記と同
様に内装部品1の芯材2に固設し、クリツプ5を
用いて車体パネル6に取付ける。第4図はこの取
付状態を示した断面図である。図に見られる如
く、取付座3の上面に設けられた突起9の上面が
車体パネル6に当接している。この突起9の高さ
は、このように取付けた際に車体パネル6に当接
するに適した高さに予め設定されるものである。
このような構成であるから、前記車体パネル6に
当つている硬質の突起9が内装部品の動きを拘束
し、第1図のように内装部品の転動を生じること
がない。

クリツプのみで部品のころびを極力阻止しようと
すればクリツプ強度ならびにその嵌着力を強大な
ものとしなければならなかつたが、本考案におい
てはその必要がなくなり、クリツプは部品をパネ
ルに固着しさえすればよいものとなるから、部品
の脱着、保持が容易となる。また部品芯材が充分
にパネルに支持されるため、組付け後の芯材の剛
性が向上する。このように本考案は数々の利点を
有し、甚だ効果の大きいものである。
