D. Means for Solving the Problems The present invention will be explained with reference to FIGS. In the illustrated example, the present invention is applied to a vehicle floor carpet mounting structure that is fixedly held on the back surface of a seat bag 11. The above-mentioned problem is solved by the fact that there is a retainer 30 on the back side of the end of the floor carpet 1, which has approximately the same length as this end.
This retainer 30 has a sewn part 32 formed thinly over its entire length so as to be sewn to the floor carpet 1, and a highly rigid sewn part 32 formed thicker than this sewn part 32. Main body part 31 (second
), and a stepped portion 33 that is provided between the main body portion 31 and the sewn portion 32 and separates the main body portion 31 from the back surface of the floor carpet 1 to form a gap D between them. The retainer 30 is formed in the longitudinal direction and sewn to the back surface of the floor carpet 1 at the sewing part 32, and the main body part 31 has a head 4a interposed in the gap D and a projecting part on the head 4a. A clip 4 having a locking portion 4b penetrating through the main body portion 31 is attached, while a clip engaging portion 2a is provided on the side wall of the luggage compartment, and the clip 4 is secured to the clip engaging portion 2a. This problem is solved by locking the portion 4b and removably attaching the end of the floor carpet 1 to the side wall of the luggage compartment.

The main body 31 of the retainer 30 is thus attached to the back surface of the end of the floor carpet 1.
The clip 4 is passed through the locking portion 4b, and the locking portion 4b is inserted into the clip engaging portion 2a provided on the side wall of the luggage compartment (the back of the seat bag 11).
The end portion of the floor carpet 1 is removably attached to the side wall of the cargo compartment. Thereby, the retainer 30 and the clip 4 are not exposed to the outside. In addition, since the retainer 30 is attached to the side wall of the luggage compartment with a thick and highly rigid main body part 31, the main body part 3 will not wave even if it is intermittently locked with the clips 4. Therefore, the end portion of the floor carpet 1 to which the retainer 30 having the main body portion 31 is sewn does not wave. Furthermore, since the head 4a of the clip 4 is interposed in the gap D, the head 4a of the clip 4 is
The floor carpet 1 does not come into pressure contact with the back surface of the floor carpet 1, and this pressure contact prevents the inconvenience of forming a convex portion on the front surface side of the floor carpet 1.

The retainer 30 has approximately the same length as the end of the floor carpet 1 (slightly shorter), is molded from a resin material, and has a sewn portion 32 along its entire length, as shown in FIG. The main body portion 31 and the stepped portion 33 provided between the sewn portion 32 and the main body portion 31 are integrally formed. The main body part 31 has a thickness of about 2 mm and is made to have high rigidity, and the sewn part 32 has a thickness of about 1 mm and is formed to be sewn to the floor carpet 1. A plurality of through holes 31a are formed at intervals in the main body portion 31, and these through holes 31a are provided with
A clip 4 integrally having a head 4a and a locking portion 4b protruding from the center of the head 4a is provided through each clip at the locking portion 4b. Then, as shown in FIG. 1B, a sewn portion 32 is sewn to the end of the back surface of the floor carpet 1 during overlock sewing. Then, the main body part 31 is separated from the back surface of the floor carpet 1 due to the presence of the stepped part 33, and a gap D is formed between the two.
The head portion 4a of the clip 4 has a thickness that is approximately the same as the width of the gap D.

According to this mounting structure, the retainer 30 and the clip 4 are covered by the floor carpet and cannot be seen from the outside, so that the appearance is good and inexpensive materials can be used for the retainer 30 and the clip 4. In addition, since the sewing part 32 is formed to have a thin plate so that it can be sewn to the floor carpet 1, the retainer 30 can be sewn with a sewing machine without being intermittently joined by inserting a stapler using a stapler. The sewn portion 32 is continuously joined to the end of the floor carpet 1.

Furthermore, the retainer 30 is integrally formed with a sewn portion 32 and a highly rigid main body portion 31 which is thicker than the sewn portion 32 and extends in the longitudinal direction. Therefore, the thin sewing part 32 sewn to the floor carpet 1 is reinforced by the main body part 31 with high rigidity to increase its rigidity, and thus the sewing part 32 is thin enough to be sewn to the floor carpet 1. The formed sewn portion 32 itself does not wave. Furthermore,
Since the retainer 30 is attached to the side wall of the luggage compartment with a thick and highly rigid main body 31, the main body 31 will not wave even if it is intermittently locked with the clip 4. .

That is, firstly, the end of the floor carpet 1 can be sewn continuously to the sewn portion 32 of the retainer 30, so the end of the floor carpet 1 will not be wavy, and secondly, the plate thickness is thin. Sewing part 3
2 is reinforced by the main body part 31 with high rigidity to increase its rigidity, so the sewn part 32 also does not wave, and thirdly, the retainer 30 is attached to the side wall of the vehicle compartment by the main body part 31 with high rigidity. Therefore, even if it is intermittently locked by the clip 4, the main body portion 31 will not wave. Therefore, these can reliably prevent the ends of the floor carpet 1 from waving, and improve the appearance. Furthermore, clip 4
Since the head 4a is interposed in the gap D,
The head 4a of the clip 4 does not come into pressure contact with the back surface of the floor carpet 1, and this pressure contact can prevent a convex portion from being formed on the front side of the floor carpet 1, thereby preventing the inconvenience of deteriorating the appearance. can.

In addition, although an example was shown in which the floor carpet 1 is attached to the back of the seat back 11 of the rear seat 10,

G. Effects of the invention According to the invention, a retainer is attached to the end of the back side of the floor carpet, and the end of the floor carpet is attached to the side wall of the luggage compartment (for example, the back of the seat bag) using this retainer. ,

In addition, the retainer is provided with a sewn portion having a thin plate so as to be sewn to the floor carpet, and a main body portion having high rigidity and having a thicker plate than the sewn portion, so that the sewn portion can be sewn to the floor carpet. The main body was sewn to the back of the bag and attached to the side wall of the luggage compartment using clips. Therefore, firstly, the ends of the floor carpet can be sewn continuously to the sewn portion of the retainer, so the ends of the floor carpet will not be wavy, and secondly, the seams can be sewn to a thin plate. The retainer is reinforced by the main body with high rigidity to increase its rigidity, so the sewn part does not wave. Thirdly, the retainer is attached to the side wall of the vehicle compartment using the main body with high rigidity. The main body does not wave even if it is intermittently locked with the clip.
Therefore, these can reliably prevent the edges of the floor carpet from waving and improve the appearance.

Furthermore, since the sewn part where the end of the floor carpet is sewn is reinforced by the main body part and has increased rigidity, it is not necessary to increase the rigidity of the sewn part by sewing multiple rows of seams, but by sewing one row of sutures. Only by using this method, it is possible to ensure rigidity that does not cause undulation in the sewn portion. Therefore, only one row of sutures is required, and since only the sewn portion of the retainer is sutured,
The clip can be attached to the main body even after suturing. As a result, only one row of sutures is required;
Furthermore, since the suturing work can be performed without the clip being attached to the retainer, the manufacturing work can be simplified.

In addition, a stepped portion is provided between the main body portion and the sewn portion to separate the main body portion from the back surface of the floor carpet to form a gap between the two, and the head of the clip is interposed in this gap. I tried to let them do it.
Therefore, the head of the clip does not come into pressure contact with the back surface of the floor carpet, and this pressure contact can prevent a convex portion from being formed on the front side of the floor carpet, thereby preventing the inconvenience of deteriorating the appearance. .
