The molded and integrated skin layer 1 and foamed vinyl chloride layer 2 are removed from the mold and RII
vI is set in a mold for molding, and hard polyurethane N3 is molded to form a three-layer structure member. In order to join and integrate this with a separately prepared instrument panel, the 9th
As shown in the figure, a flange portion 5 made of a core material provided on a part of the instrument panel is overlapped with the flange portion 4 of the console box and fixed with adhesive or screws.

Furthermore, since this joint part has a multi-layered structure with four layers overlapping each other, there is a gap of at least 6 to 3 mm.
, which has the disadvantage of requiring more space than other parts.

法によって達成される。The purpose of this is to respond to the shape of the two-layer structure material when forming a three-layer structure product by laminating a core material on a two-layer structure material consisting of a skin layer and a foamed resin layer obtained by slush molding. Set in the mold with a thin plate insert,
In some areas, the insert is tightly sandwiched between the mold and the two-layer structure so that no molding space is formed, and in other areas, the insert is held between the mold and the two-layer structure and the two-layer structure. A predetermined molding gap is set between the mold and the molding gap, and a hard resin serving as the core +3 is injected into the molding gap. A three-layer structure product is obtained in which the two-layer structure remains, and then the two-layer structure is removed from the bonding area to leave only the insert.
This is achieved by a method for joining slush molded members, which is characterized in that members prepared separately are joined and integrated.

It is possible to make the thickness extremely thin, increase the dimensional stability in the thickness direction, and make the surfaces of both members flush.

It disappears. Furthermore, since the soft two-layer structure member is removed from the joint, it is possible to improve the dimensional accuracy in the thickness direction, and it becomes easy to align the surface heights of the members to be joined.
