芯材と底面強化材を収容する収容部と、その両側に余剰
接着剤が流入する空間部を設けた金型を用いる。下金型
には前記下面構成部材を収容する収容部を設けるのは当
然であるが、該収容部の両側に余剰接着剤が流入する空
間部を設けてもよい。また、前記上面構成部材は、芯材
の形状に対応する形状に予め形成する。なお、各構成部
材の接着には接着剤を用いることは当然である。

こで、スキー板の仕上がり寸法に該フランジの余剰部分
を切除することにより該フランジに付着した余剰接着剤
も同時に除去できるから成型後加工が容易で、かつ美し
く仕上がり生産性は著しく向上する。

をスキー板成型用金型の余剰接着剤収容空間部に流入せ
しめ、接着完了後型金より取り出すと、フランジ状部に
余剰接着剤が付着している。そこで、スキー板の仕上が
り寸法にフランジの余剰部分を切除することにより余剰
接着剤も同時に除去されるから仕上げ工程が簡易化し、
生産性が向上する。
