"Prior Art" Recently, products have become lighter and thinner, and film materials are often used instead of metal plates, and the wall thickness has become extremely thin, less than 100 μm.

For example, when printing on the surface of a film material that is a light and thin product, the surface of the film material must be washed and dried as a pretreatment because the ink has poor adhesion to the product made of the film material.

However, conventionally, after cleaning the surface of a film material with a wall thickness of 100μ or less, the film material is sandwiched between a pair of upper and lower sponge rollers (sponge-like rollers) to drain off the water adhering to the surface of the film material, and the water is absorbed or removed. Dehydration was technically extremely difficult. That is, when the tip of the film material 14 at the water absorption position touches the circumferential surface of the sponge roller 22, which has no grooves on the circumferential surface, at right angles, as shown in FIG. It has the disadvantage that it gets caught, gets wrapped around the roller, or falls off, resulting in a number of defective products.

``Problems to be Solved by the Invention'' In view of the above-mentioned drawback that the film material gets wrapped around the sponge roller 22 or falls off from the sponge roller, the film material 14 is placed against the sponge roller 22 as shown in FIG. If you feed it in a slightly inclined state, it will be about 90
% was able to be sent out correctly. However, since the film material 14 moves on the sponge roller in an inclined state, the film material overlaps randomly on the stacking table, and when sorting the film material, the film material may be scratched, resulting in a lot of trouble. There was a flaw that made it necessary.

Furthermore, conventionally available sponge rollers have grooves formed by a processing machine on the surface of a sponge cylinder attached to a scissor, but grooves are formed on the peripheral surface of the sponge roller, which is the workpiece.
When grinding with a book-by-book grinder or a cutting tool and a grinding wheel,
Because the sponge roller is soft, it escapes from the cutting edge of the grindstone, etc., making it impossible to form deep grooves, resulting in shallow grooves and a corrugated roller surface.

Furthermore, since the surface film of the sponge roller is scraped off by grinding with a grinding wheel or the like, the surface pores of the sponge are torn and the water absorption function is not perfect and cannot be satisfied.

[Technical Means for Solving the Problems] The present invention has been made in view of the problems of the prior art, and it improves the function of draining and absorbing water adhering to the film material, and also ensures that the film material is firmly attached to the sponge roller. The purpose of this device is to feed the product, and its structure consists of a female mold with a bottom plate with an engaging part in the center removably attached to the bottom of a cylindrical body with convex parts arranged in a spiral shape on the entire inner surface. A pipe is established in the pipe, and a female mold placed around the pipe is filled with a resin liquid that forms a sponge material with fine continuous pores when solidified, and after the resin liquid has hardened, the bottom plate is attached. At the same time, the pipe is pulled out, a through hole is provided, the sponge material is made flexible, the mold is removed from the cylindrical body, and the pipe is fixed to the through hole of the sponge material having a spiral groove on the curved surface. ``Function'' Because a grooved sponge roller with spiral grooves on the entire circumferential surface is formed by molding, the roller surface has a smooth glossy coating in contact with the inner surface of the female mold, which has a high draining function. In addition, since it has a smooth surface with spiral grooves and the fine continuous pores on the surface are not broken, it has a high water absorption function and can reliably feed the film material to the roller.

Next, to explain the operation of this embodiment, a through hole made of a flexible sponge material 10 having a spiral groove 12 having an angle A smaller than 90° and larger than 0° with respect to the axial direction of the cylindrical body 1 on the entire outer periphery. The grooved sponge roller 20, which is fixed by inserting the shaft vip 15 into the cylindrical body 1, does not require any post-processing such as surface grinding after filling the resin liquid into the cylindrical body 1 and molding the sponge and substance 10. Grooved sponge waller 20
The surface of the film material 14 is smooth with a fine glossy coating peculiar to the molding process, and since the continuous pores on the surface of the sponge material are not soaked, moisture adhering to the surface of the film material 14 is removed by pressure bonding by a pair of rollers. By efficiently draining water and further absorbing water on the surface of the film material with a sponge roller, the dehydration effect can be enhanced and the drying time can be significantly shortened. When the film material 14 from which dirt such as oil has been completely removed by washing with water comes into contact with the grooved sponge roller 20 at right angles, the cough film material 14 is formed in the spiral groove 12 on the surface of the grooved sponge roller. The moisture adhering to the surface of the film material 14 is pressed between the upper and lower sponge rollers 20 and drained, and the water on the surface of the film material is removed by the grooved sponge rollers 20. Because it absorbs water through its fine continuous pores, it drains and absorbs water well, allowing it to be sent out smoothly without getting caught up in the rollers, speeding up drying.

Furthermore, since the grooved sponge V-ra 20 has a spiral groove 12 on its circumferential surface, the film material fed at right angles can be fed out reliably without curling, and it can be stacked neatly on the mounting table. This prevents scratches on the surface of the film material.
