の特徴は一定肉厚の軽量シートや合紙等を円板状に打抜
くと共に、強化剤液中に含浸させた後乾燥し、これを中
心から円周方向へ放射状の鋸歯溝を形成した上下二個の
ドーナツ円板状雌型間に挟持させ、上方からドーナツ状
円板の円孔径より軽量シートや合紙等の肉厚径寸法分小
ならしめた凸状円体の雄型を嵌入し、一定時間加圧プレ
スすることにより鍔付帽体で鍔部及び中央突起体の周縁

着剤の保持も充分で嵌着後は極めて外れ難いものとな
る。又鍔部の波状溝p’は製品の取扱中や運搬中の接触
時に於ける緩衝作用を呈する上で著効がある。尚、本発
明品を使用した紙管8は使用済み後はそのまま焼却処分
することが出来、従来のプラスチック品を使用したもの
に比べ事後処理が容易で公害問題を生ぜしめないもので
