PURPOSE:To enable a simultaneous production of both a speaker edge and a speaker dust cap in just a single process and at the same time to save the material, by superposing a reinforcing sheet on the center of a base material sheet and then cutting them separately after molding the sheets under heat and pressure. CONSTITUTION:A reinforcing sheet 7 made of foaming resin and having the damping and reiforcing effects is superposed on the center part of a sheet 6 made of a fabric impregnated with resin and suited to a speaker edge. These sheets are molded by a heating metallic mold under pressure to be unified.
