している水を溶剤中に拡散させて水切り乾燥する方法、
■1,1.2−トリクロルー1,2.2−トリフルオル
エタンに界面活性剤を添加した洗浄剤中に、水の付着し
ている物品を浸漬し、付着水を除去して水切り乾燥する

(発明が解決しようとする課題)
しかし、前考は溶剤自体が可燃性であり、また被洗浄物
に付着している水が溶剤中に拡散移行するため,その量
にもよるが洗浄剤としての液寿命が比較的短く,洗浄溶
剤の液交換を頻繁に行わなければならないという問題が
あり,また後者は水切り性能には優れているが、近年オ
ゾン層破壊物質として生産、消費が規制されるに至った
,このため、1,1.2−トリクロルー1.2.2−ト
リフルオルエタンに界面活性剤を添加した水切り洗浄剤
と同等の性能を有する塩素系炭化水素溶剤による水切り
洗浄剤の出現が強く望まれていた.(課題を解決するた
めの手段)
本発明は.これらの問題点を解決すべく鋭意検討を重ね
た結果達成されたもので、塩素系炭化水素溶剤中に、一
般弐R1−NH2(式中R1は炭素数が6〜12のアル
キル基である)で示される脂肪族アミンと一般式 R”
−COOH (式中R2は炭素数が5〜6のアルキル基
である)で示される脂肪族カルボン酸との塩からなる界
面活性剤0.1〜10重量%を含有してなる水切り洗浄
剤としたことを要旨とするものであり、これによれば1
,1.2−トリクロルー1.2.2−トリフルオルエタ
ンのようにオゾン層を破壊する恐れがなく、被洗浄物表
面の付着水の除去能力に優れ、長期の使用においても、
これと同等の水切り性能が付与され,しかもその乾燥時
間は極めて短時間で済み,さらに金属表面の錆の発生も
なく、不燃性で水切り乾燥に優れた機能を発揮するとい
う効果を奏する.これを、さらに詳細に説明すると、本
発明による水切り洗浄剤は、塩素系炭化水素溶剤中に、
般式 R 1− N H z (式中R1は炭素数が6
〜l2のアルキル基である)で示される脂肪族アミンと
一般式 r< ” − c○OH(式中R2は炭素数が
5〜6のアルキル基である)で示される脂肪族カルボン
酸との塩からなる界面活性剤を、0.1−10重量%、
好ましくは0.5〜3重量%含有してなるものである.
ここで、界面活性剤の添加量が0.1重量%未満のとき
は水切り性能が充分でなく、10重量%を超えるときは
被洗浄物表面に多量の界面活性剤が残留するため好まし
くない.
本発明の水切り洗浄剤において用いられる塩素系炭化水
素溶剤としては,比重が1.3以上、常温において液体
で不燃性のものがよく、これらの内ではとくに塩化メチ
レンが好適である.前記一般式で示される脂肪族アミン
としては,一般式R1−NH,のR1の炭素数が8のア
ルキル基であるn−オクチルアミンが、また脂肪族カル
ボン酸としては、一般式i<”−c○OHのR2の炭素
数が5のアルキル基であるn一カプロン酸がそれぞれ最
