- 円筒状基材上に少なくとも複数の発熱抵抗体及
び電極と、保護膜とを形成し印字部としたサーマ
ルヘツドにおいて、該印字部と反対側の円筒状基
材表面に、平坦面を形成したことを特徴とするサ
ーマルヘツド。
