[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, such conventional measuring carts have a problem in that they are overall heavy due to the large number of structural members. In particular, the guide rail k, bracket l, rail pedestal m, rail n, etc. for hoist d are members that have little involvement in structural strength.
It was disadvantageous in terms of weight.

The transverse truck 2 has an upper landing 14, a lower work stage 15, and a vertical member 16 that maintains the interval between them.
and a connecting beam 17 that connects the upper end of the vertical member 16.
Accordingly, it is formed so as to surround the cross section of the traveling vehicle 1 in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction thereof, and is suspended from the traveling vehicle 1 via each of the wheels 13 described above. Further, on one side of the traveling carriage 2, a staircase 18 is provided to communicate between the upper landing 14 and the lower work stage 15, and above the upper landing 14 there is a transfer staircase extending toward the walkway 9 of the traveling carriage 1. 19 are provided. The width of the traversing truck 2 in the traversing direction is determined so that the width of the traversing truck 2 in the traversing direction is such that no matter where the traversing truck 2 stops, transfer can be made between the upper landing 14 of the traversing truck 2 and the walkway 9 of the traveling truck 1. The width is set to be longer than the dimension between the two transfer gates 10, 10.

Furthermore, both the lifting mechanism and the turning mechanism of the measuring platform 3 provided on the traversing truck 2 are provided at the upper landing 14 section. That is, as shown in FIG.
A holding cylinder 21 holding a shaft 20 is rotatably supported on the lower work stage 15, and is driven by a lifting motor 22 installed on a disk 26 suspended from the upper landing 14 via a radial bearing 26. A screw rod 23, which is rotatably driven by the holding cylinder 21, is screwed onto the shaft 20 within the holding cylinder 21. On the other hand, the disk 24 is fixed to the upper part of the holding cylinder 21, and the inner race of the radial bearing 26, which has an internal gear 25 on the inner circumference, is fixed to the upper outer periphery of the disk 24, and the outer race is attached to the upper landing. 1

In this configuration, since the traveling trolley 1 has an inverted triangular cross section instead of the conventional rectangular cross section, the number of parts is reduced and a significant weight reduction is achieved. At this time, the rail pedestal 11 and the rail 12 also act as structural strength members. Furthermore, since the lower girder member 6 also serves as a guide rail for the hoist 4, it is advantageous in terms of weight, and the load is easily transmitted to the structure when compared to the mounting position of the conventional guide rail k.

In addition, since the running bogie 1 has an inverted triangular cross section and the traversing bogie 2 is suspended from the upper girders 5, 5 of the running bogie 1, there are triangular shapes between both sides of the running bogie 1 and the traversing bogie 2, respectively. A space is formed, and by forming the upper landing 14 on the transverse truck 2, it becomes possible to utilize the triangular space. In the present invention, the transfer between the walkway 9 of the traveling cart 1 and the traversing cart 2 is achieved by using a transfer entrance 10 formed on the side of the traversing cart 1 and a transfer staircase 19 formed at the upper landing 14 of the traversing cart 2. This is easy because it is done from the side of the traveling trolley 1, and since the width of the traversing trolley 2 is set longer than the dimension between the two transfer ports 10, 10, it is easy to determine the position of the traversing trolley 2. It is possible to transfer even if you stop at . Incidentally, in the conventional device, since the traveling bogie a has a rectangular cross section and is suspended from the lower girders g, g of the traversing bogie c, a space is formed between the side surface of the traveling bogie a and the traversing bogie c. Therefore, since there is no room to provide the upper landing 14 as in the present invention, the traveling bogie a
The transfer between the walkway u and the traversing trolley c must be performed from the bottom of the traveling trolley a, and depending on the stopping position of the traveling trolley a, if the lower connecting member j ends up coinciding with the position of the stairs v. , it was difficult to transfer.

If a space for forming the upper landing 14 as in the present invention is to be formed between both sides of the traveling bogie a and the traversing bogie c, the upper girder members f, f
The brackets 1 and 1 have to be extended greatly from the traversing cart c to hang it, which is impractical due to problems in terms of strength and weight.

Furthermore, in the present invention, the mechanisms for raising and lowering the measuring table 3 such as the motors 22 and 27, and the mechanisms for turning the measuring table 3 are all installed on the upper landing 14 side of the traversing cart 2.
There is no dead space above the lower work stage 15, so when installing measuring instruments on the measuring table 3, the floor plate 15' of the lower work stage 15 is used.
(See Figure 3) can be easily removed. In the conventional device, a dead space exists because the turning device t is located on the work stage p.

Furthermore, in the present invention, the wheels 13, 13 can be driven by one motor 29 as shown in FIG. 2, and synchronization can be easily performed, but the conventional device is structurally incapable of such a thing. It was impossible to do this, and it had to be done while synchronizing two motors.
It is also convenient in this respect.

Moreover, in hydraulic experiments, photography is a common practice, and especially when photography is carried out from the walkway 9 of the traveling trolley 1, the inverted triangular cross section provides good visibility for driving operations, etc., and improves work efficiency.

[Effects of the invention] As explained above, according to the measuring cart of the present invention, the rails for suspending the traversing cart, the guide rails for guiding the hoist, etc. are incorporated into the structural strength members of the traveling cart, and moreover, it is configured to have an inverted triangular cross section. So,
An excellent effect can be achieved in that the weight can be significantly reduced compared to conventional devices.
