収納される無熱反射鏡。 (d) 上記筐体の内壁面に長手方向に沿つて設
けられ、上記無熱反射鏡を支承するガイド。 (e) 上記無熱反射鏡の反射面の一部に取り付
けられるランプ。 (f) 上記無熱反射鏡の裏側に取り付けられ、
反射鏡の熱を吸収する集熱器。 (g) 上記集熱器に一端が固定され、他の一端
が筐体の閉塞された側壁を貫通して外部に突出す
るヒートパイプ。 (h) 上記ヒートパイプの先端部に取り付けら
れる放熱フイン。 (2) 上記無熱反射鏡が、金属またはセラミツク
スよりなる基材の表面にケイ素、チタンおよびク
ロムからなる群から選ばれた元素の黒色酸化物の
薄膜を蒸着し、該黒色酸化物の薄膜の上に透明な
高屈折率膜と低屈折率膜との交互積層膜からなる
赤外線透過性多層反射膜を形成したものである実
