100Vを電源として交流ないしパルス状の高電圧
を発生し、前記火花放電電極5からスパーク火花
を発生させている。7は電源スイツチであり、空
気対流フアン1の回転を制御(ON−OFF)する
と共に高電圧発生器6は対流フアン1と並列接続
され、対流フアン1回転時連続したスパーク火花
