Abstract

PURPOSE:To increase the freedom of design by a method in which a thermoplastic resin skin layer, a hot melt sheet and a drawn paper are put in superposition between the top force and the bottom force of the molding press-mold wherein corrugated board-base material is placed, and while they are mutually stuck by press molding under heating, the draw-formed part is transferred onto the surface of the skin layer. CONSTITUTION:The base material 2 of a flat corrugated board is put between the top force 1a and the bottom force 1b of a molding press mold 1, and is press-molded under heating into a prescribed shape. Next the thermoplastic resin skin layer 5 having flat surfaces on both sides, the hot melt sheet 4 arranged on the side of the corrugated board-base material 2 being its one surface and the drawn paper 6 wherein one surface brought in contact with the top force 1a is a smooth surface 6a, and the other surface becoming the side of the skin layer 5 is draw-formed, are put in superposition between the top force 1a and the bottom force 1b in the state of the top force 1a being raised. When the skin layer 5 is press-molded under heating, the hot melt sheet 4 is fused, thereby sticking the base material 2 of the corrugated board having been heat-formed to the skin layer 5, while the draw-formed part 6b of the drawn paper 6 is transferred onto the surface of the skin layer 5 on the side of the top force 1a. Consequently, deep drawing is also possible to be achieved and the freedom of the design may be increased.

That is, when processing a molded ceiling having a curved part, as shown in FIG. 2, and in this state, as shown in FIG. 8, the upper mold 1a of the molding press mold is lowered to hot press mold the cardboard base material 2 into a predetermined shape. In this case, the mold temperature of the molding press mold 1 is about 110-130°C.

Next, with the upper mold 1a raised, one surface of the thermoplastic resin skin layer formed of, for example, PVC, is formed by drawing 3a between the upper mold 1a and the lower mold 1b where the cardboard base material 2 exists. 3 and a hot melt sheet 4 such as a polyethylene film are charged in a polymerized state.

However, in such a conventional processing method, since the skin layer 3 is pressed at the same temperature as the cardboard base material 2, the drawn portion of the skin layer 3 that is in contact with the upper mold 1a is pressed as if it were ironed. This causes the so-called squeezing flow phenomenon to occur, resulting in an extremely unsightly appearance. This phenomenon is particularly noticeable in the curved portion A because the mold slips.

The present invention was made in view of such conventional problems,
To provide a method for drawing a molded ceiling material, in which a drawing without drawing flow is formed on the surface of a skin layer, giving it a good appearance (at the same time, deep drawing is possible and the degree of freedom in design is increased).

In order to achieve such an object, the present invention has a thermoplastic resin skin layer with smooth surfaces on both sides, and a thermoplastic resin skin layer with smooth surfaces on both sides, between the upper and lower molding press molds in which the press-molded cardboard base material exists, and one surface of the skin layer with smooth surfaces. A hot melt sheet placed on the cardboard base material side and a drawn paper placed on the other side of the skin layer and having one smooth surface and the other side facing the skin layer are drawn in a polymerized state. In this state, hot press molding is performed using the forming press mold to bond the cardboard base material and the skin layer, and at the same time, the drawn portion of the drawn paper is transferred to the surface of the skin layer, and then the drawn paper is It is peeled off.

Next, as shown in FIG. 3, with the upper mold 1a raised, the upper mold 1a and the cardboard base material 2 that has already been press-molded are
A thermoplastic resin skin layer 5 made of, for example, vinyl chloride, which has smooth surfaces on both sides, and a polyethylene film, for example, placed on one side of the cardboard base material 2, which is one surface of this skin layer 5, are placed between the lower mold 1b and the lower mold 1b. A hot melt sheet 4 such as the above, and a drawn paper 6 which is also placed on the other side of the skin layer 5 and has a smooth surface 6a on one side in contact with the upper die 1a and a drawn paper 6 on the other side facing the skin layer 5. The drawing paper 6 is preferably made of a material that does not melt due to the mold temperature of the molding press mold 1 (melting point > 130°C) and is a slippery oil-based paper. Although it has a two-layer structure with a plate with uneven sides, it is of course possible to use a single-layer structure.

At this time, the hot melt sheet 4 melts and the already thermoformed cardboard base material 2 and the skin layer 5 adhere to each other, while the drawn portion 6b of the drawing paper 6 is transferred to the surface of the skin N5 on the upper mold 1a side. .

After the ceiling material 7' molded in this manner is taken out from the molding press mold 1, the drawing paper 6 is peeled off, as shown in FIG. After the aperture paper 6 is peeled off, the transferred aperture 5a remains on the surface of the skin layer 5.

The drawing 5a of the skin layer 5 formed in the above process is transferred by the press-forming special drawing paper 6, and the original shape (that is, the drawing part 6b) remains completely in the opposing part, so no drawing flow occurs. This effect, which looks very good, can be obtained in the curved part A of the molded ceiling 7 as well as in the general part.

In addition, since the one side of the drawing paper 6 in contact with the upper mold 1a is smooth, this combined with the fact that the drawing paper 6 is made of oil paper makes the press forming process extremely slippery and allows for deep drawing. This increases the degree of freedom.

As explained above, according to the present invention, between the upper and lower molding press molds in which the press-molded cardboard base material exists, there is a thermoplastic resin skin layer having smooth surfaces on both sides, and a thermoplastic resin skin layer having smooth surfaces on both sides. A hot-melt sheet placed on one side of the cardboard base material, and a drawn paper placed on the other side of the skin layer and having one smooth surface and the other side facing the skin layer, are polymerized. In this state, hot press molding is performed using the molding press mold to bond the cardboard base material and the skin layer, and at the same time, the drawn part of the paper is transferred to the surface of the skin layer, and then the Since the drawing paper is peeled off, there is no drawing flow in the skin layer, resulting in a very good appearance, and deep drawing is also possible, increasing the degree of freedom in design.
