側方には脂分除去器5が機台1内に垂設されてい
る。この脂分除去器5は上面には漉し網fをとり
つけた網かご6が載り、上面の一方が開放されて
いる。この脂分除去器5の内部は第4図に示すよ
うに上面との間に間隔dをおいて縦の隔壁7を設
けて第1室aと第2室bとに分かれ、前記網かご
6はこの第1室aを蔽う大きさである。隔壁7で
仕切られた第2室bはその底部にパイプ8があつ
て、脂分貯溜用の容器9に導かれるようになつて
いる。一方、機台1は鍋3を載せる大孔の他には
密閉され隅には煙道10がとりつけられており、
鍋3を熱した熱気は脂分除去器5を間接的に絶え
ず熱して、煙道10より排出されるようになつて
いる。これによつて脂分除去器5内の脂分が凝固

り脂分C2が上層に浮かび上がる。この脂分C2は
隔壁7をこえて脂分除去器5の第2室bに流れ込
み、パイプ8を通つて9の中に溜められることと
なる。この容器9の脂分C2は廃棄するなどして
