Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the backlash of a terminal due to a temperature change by inserting, fitting and fixing the fixing part of a metallic lead terminal in the fixing hole of a case, thereafter, bending the terminal part approximately at 90 deg., and fixing it in the fixing part under a passage in which both walls formed to the case are gradually narrowed. CONSTITUTION:A piezoelectric diaphragm 12 is formed by sticking a piezoelectric element 14 to a metallic plate 13, and the piezoelectric diaphragm 12 is fitted to a case 11 made of an insulator. Metallic lead terminals 15 and 16 electrically connects the piezoelectric diaphragm 12 and an external part. A fixing part 19 of the metallic lead terminals 15 and 16 is inserted into a fixing hole 20 of the case 11 and fixed by a spring part 21 of the fixing part 19. A terminal 22 is bent by 90 deg. fitted and fixed in a fixing part 15A under the passage in which walls 17 and 18 formed to the case 11 are gradually narrowed. In such a way, the terminal can be prevented from being made loose due to the change of the temperature.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, this type of piezoelectric sounding body has a structure as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4. In FIGS. 3 and 4, reference numeral 1 denotes a piezoelectric diaphragm having a structure in which a thin piezoelectric ceramic plate 3 is bonded to a thin metal plate 2. This piezoelectric diaphragm 1 is adhesively fixed to a case 5 having a sound emitting hole 4, and a metal lead terminal 6 is passed through a convex part 8 provided in a concave part 7 of the case 5, and the convex part 8 is welded by heat. It was fixed. Furthermore, the piezoelectric diaphragm 1 and the metal lead terminal 6 are connected to a section 9 that is integrally formed with the lead terminal 6.
It was electrically connected by soldering 10 the tips of the two.
