Problems to be solved by the invention However, in such a conventional heat storage tank 22, the concrete walls 27, 28 and the waterproof sheet 26
If groundwater enters the insulation layer 23 between the two, for example through cracks in the concrete walls 27 and 28, the insulation block 24 will absorb water, resulting in a decrease in insulation performance. Furthermore, in the conventional heat insulating and waterproofing device, all of the heat insulating blocks 24 are fixed to the concrete walls 27 and 28 from above the base sheet 25 using the joining pieces 30 and fixtures 31. In order to prevent the corners from lifting up, it is necessary to press down the four corners of each insulating material block 24, but it is very difficult to distinguish the four corners of the insulating material block 24 from above the base sheet 25. Particularly in the peripheral side wall portion of the heat storage tank 24, it is necessary to fix the base sheet 25 and the heat insulating material block 24 while holding down the heat insulating material block 24, which poses a problem of extremely poor workability. Furthermore, in the conventional heat storage tank 22, a joint piece 30 having an L-shaped cross section is arranged at the corner of the concrete walls 27, 28, and both sides of this joint piece 30 are connected to the insulation blocks 24, 24 and the base sheet 25. They were fixed from above with fixtures 31, 31, respectively. However, this poses a problem in that it is not easy to fix the joining piece 30 and the heat insulating material blocks 24, 24.

Furthermore, it is already known to cover the entire surface of each heat insulating material block constituting the heat insulating material layer covering the surface of the concrete wall that is to be insulated and waterproofed in the heat storage tank with a sealing sheet (for example, in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 1986 −92833
However, in this conventional heat storage tank, in order to prevent the corners of the insulation blocks from lifting up at the corners of the concrete wall, the corners of each insulation block are held down using fixtures. and
This posed a problem in that fixing the insulation block was extremely difficult.

In the heat storage tank 2, a closed foam of resin such as polystyrene or polyvinyl chloride is used as the heat insulating material block 4 constituting the heat insulating material layer 3. Among these, polystyrene foam is particularly used. is economically advantageous. The thickness of the heat insulating material block 4 is about 20 to 100 mm, and the size and shape of the heat insulating material block 4 are, of course, arbitrary, although those having a width of about 1 m and a length of about 2 m are usually used.

The sealing sheet 5 that wraps each insulating block 4 of the insulating layer 3 has the function of sealingly covering the insulating block 6 and the plasticizer that prevents the plasticizer from the waterproof sheet 6 from migrating to the insulating block 4. It has the effect of preventing agent migration. Such a sealing sheet 5
Examples include foamed sheets with a thickness of 1 to 4 mm made of closed foam of thermoplastic resins such as polyethylene and polypropylene, or these foamed sheets and films of polyethylene, polypropylene, and polyester, or woven fabrics made from these resins. A composite sheet is used in which a reinforcing layer made of cloth or nonwoven fabric is attached to the entire surface with an adhesive or by heating.

As the adhesive for joining the waterproof sheet 6 to the joint piece 10, epoxy-based, urethane-based, rubber-based adhesives, etc. can be used. In such cases, it is preferable to use tetrahydrofuran alone or a solvent-based adhesive prepared by dissolving a small amount of vinyl chloride resin in tetrahydrofuran, since this produces an adhesive effect with excellent durability. Note that if both the waterproof sheet 6 and the joining surfaces of the joining piece 10 are made of thermoplastic synthetic resin, they can be joined by thermal fusion without using an adhesive.

Further, when the waterproof sheet 6 is stretched over the circumferential wall 8 of the heat storage tank 2, there is no need to hold down the heat insulating material block 4, and the stretching work can be easily performed. Furthermore, even if groundwater enters between the concrete wall surface and the waterproof sheet 6 through cracks between the concrete bottom wall 7 and the peripheral side wall 8 when the heat storage tank 2 is used, the heat insulating material block 4 is covered by the sealing sheet 5. The heat storage tank has excellent durability because it does not absorb water and can maintain excellent insulation and waterproof performance for a long period of time. Furthermore, since the insulation blocks 4 are individually covered with a plasticizer migration prevention/sealing sheet 5, the migration of plasticizer from the waterproof sheet 6 is prevented, and the insulation blocks 4 are prevented from being attacked by the plasticizer. There isn't.

Effects of the invention As mentioned above, in this invention, a heat insulation layer consisting of a large number of heat insulation blocks is provided on the surface of a concrete wall to be insulated and waterproof, and the entire surface of each heat insulation block is covered with a sealing sheet. In a thermal storage tank, these sealing sheet-coated insulation blocks are fixed to a concrete wall with joint pieces and fixing devices, and a waterproof sheet is stretched to cover all of these sealing sheet-coated insulation blocks. At the corner of the concrete wall where the concrete wall is to be constructed, there is a strip-like connecting part having the same width as the thickness of the sealing sheet-covered insulation material block, and a sealing sheet-covered insulation material block that extends perpendicularly to one side edge of this connection part. a first strip-shaped portion having the same width as the thickness of the first strip-shaped portion, and a required width that extends at a right angle to the opposite side of the first strip-shaped portion on the other side edge of the connecting portion and holds the sealing sheet-coated insulation material block. A joint piece having an approximately square cross section and a second strip plate-like portion having
By fixing the strip part to one concrete wall with the fixing device with its tip abutting against the other concrete wall, the strip part is fixed on both sides of the connecting part of this joint piece, upwardly and laterally. Open spaces for insertion of the ends of the insulation blocks are formed, and the ends of the insulation blocks coated with the sealing sheet of the insulation layer covering the surfaces of both concrete walls are inserted into these spaces and fixed. Of course, it is possible to maintain the heat insulation and waterproof performance of the heat storage tank for a long period of time, and it is excellent in durability. The fixing work of the blocks can be carried out very easily and reliably, and the workability is very good, and furthermore, the heat-insulating and waterproofing work of the heat storage tank can be carried out easily and quickly.
