置から前後方向に自動的に移動させるアクチユエ
ータと、該アクチユエータの故障時に上記阻止部
材をデイテントピンの移動阻止位置から手動によ
り移動させるロツク解除ノブとを備えており、上
記ロツク解除ノブは、阻止部材の移動可能な方向
と同じ前後方向に移動可能に設けられていること
