するバネ材１６を配備し、従動軸１１の前進回転
方向への回転時に、前記シフトスリーブ１５が前
記バネ材１６を介して固定部１９に受止め係止さ
れ、回転を阻止するよう構成するとともに、後進
回転時には、前記シフトスリーブ１５の回転を許
すべくバネ材１６が撓み変形するよう構成してあ
