力取出装置であつて、前記伝動クラツチ30を切
り側に付勢する手段、および、前記ブレーキ31
を制動作用状態側に付勢する手段を夫々設け、前
記制御手段を、制御停止状態において、クラツチ
切り制御状態に復帰するように構成してある作業
