Abstract

PURPOSE:To cool a shaft section more efficiently with a simple structure as compared with the conventional water cooling system by arranging a cooling fan behind a main shaft motor and arranging an auxiliary cooling fan on the impeller side of the main shaft motor. CONSTITUTION:A metal shaft section 2 fitted with a ceramic impeller 1 and a main shaft 4 fitted with a motor 3 are coaxially arranged together in a ceramic fan. A cooling fan 6 is fitted behind the motor 3, and an auxiliary cooling fan 7 is fitted on the impeller 1 side of the motor 3. The overheat of the motor 3 is cooled by the cooling fan 6, and the overheat of the metal shaft section 2 is cooled by the auxiliary cooling fan 7. The shaft section is cooled more efficiently with a simple structure as compared with the conventional water cooling system.

合でも簡単に金属軸部の冷却を行なうことができるので
高温での連続駆動が可能となるのである。
