The present invention relates to a bonding structure for heat-insulating roof panels that is suitably employed on the roofs of factories, etc., which are subject to high temperature and humidity. rPrior Art Conventionally, a roof has been constructed by installing a heat insulating roof panel 4, which is formed by filling upper and lower metal plates 1.2 with a heat insulating material 3, on a roof support member 18. The present inventors have already discovered that, as shown in FIGS. 5
A heat insulating roof panel 4 is formed, and the connecting piece 5 of the upper heat insulating roof panel 4 is stacked on the rear end of the lower heat insulating roof panel 4 in the direction of the rods, and is fixed with a fastener 16 such as a bolt. Accordingly, a roof structure in which insulating roof panels 4 are joined together is proposed (see Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 155460/1983). (Problems to be Solved by the Invention) Conventionally, the heat insulating material 3 is exposed at the side of the heat insulating roof panel 4 at the joint. Moisture permeated through the sides of 4 and internal condensation occurred, reducing the heat insulation and corroding the metal plate 1.2.For this reason,
Although gaskets have been interposed between the sides of the insulating roof panel 4, this is insufficient to prevent moisture permeation. The present invention was made in order to solve the above problems, and its purpose is to ensure moisture resistance at the joint part, to have excellent heat insulation properties, and to be suitable for use in hot and humid factories. The object of the present invention is to provide a bonded structure for heat-insulating roof panels that has excellent workability.

In the direction parallel to the roof supporting material 18, as shown in FIG. 4, the insulating roof panels 4 are butted against each other at the sides with the packing 20 interposed between them, and the peak s9 of one insulating roof panel 4 is connected to the peak s9 of the other insulating panel. The covering pieces 10 of No. 4 are coated to form the covering pieces 10.
The locking bent piece 22 is locked to the locking stepped portion 11 of the mountain portion 9,
The insertion convex part 13 is inserted into the insertion recess 12, a fixing tool 23 such as Scottstex is passed through the peak part 9 from the covering piece 10 via a fixing metal fitting 24 and a sealing tape 25, and a moisture-impermeable tape 17 is pasted. It is hammered into the roof supporting material 18 and fixed. A plastic cap 26 is fitted onto the head 23a of the fixing device 23, and a decorative cover 27 is attached to the joint between the insulating roof panels 4 by being locked with both side edges of the fixing device 24. A layer 28 is formed. In this embodiment, butyl tape is pasted to the recess 29 of the insertion convex portion 13, and a moisture-proof layer 30 is formed between the heat insulating roof panels 4.
is formed, ensuring reliable moisture proofing and heat insulation properties. The roof constructed in this way has extremely high moisture-proofing and heat-insulating properties, and can be suitably employed in hot and humid factories. Effects of the Invention In the present invention, the insulating roof panels are butted against each other, and the connection piece of one insulating roof panel is stacked and fixed on the other end of the other insulating roof panel, and the joint between the insulating roof panels is By placing a blocking plate below the joint to close the joint, and by injecting and foaming a foamable resin material into the recess of the blocking plate, or by filling it with a soft heat insulating material, a foamed resin layer or a soft heat insulating material can be formed. The insulating roof panel is in close contact with the exposed insulation material on the side of the insulating roof panel, ensuring airtightness at the joint and ensuring moisture resistance. Furthermore, it can be constructed simply by injecting and foaming a foam layer material into the recess of the closing plate, or by filling it with a soft heat insulating material, and has excellent workability.
