Conventionally, a heat insulating roof panel 4 formed by filling a space between the upper and lower metal plates 1 and 2 with a heat insulating material 3 is laid on a roof support material 18 to form a roof. The inventors of the present invention have already connected the front end portion of the upper metal plate 1 so as to project forward longer than the lower metal plate 2 and the heat insulating material 3 over the entire width in the width direction as shown in FIGS. 7 to 9. The heat insulating roof panel 4 is formed as a piece 5, and the connecting piece 5 of the heat insulating roof panel 4 on the upper side in the eaves direction is overlapped on the rear end of the heat insulating roof panel 4 on the lower side with a fastener 16 such as a bolt. A roof structure has been proposed in which the heat insulating roof panels 4 are joined to each other by fixing them (see Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 57-155460).

The connecting piece 5 extends from the upper part of one end of the heat insulating roof panel 4, the heat insulating roof panels 4 are butted against each other, and the connection piece 5 of one heat insulating roof panel 4a is overlapped and fixed to the other end of the other heat insulating roof panel 4b. At the same time, the closing plate 6 is arranged below the joint A between the heat insulating roof panels 4 to close the joint A, and the recess 7 of the closing plate 6 is filled with the soft heat insulating material 31 to form the soft heat insulating material 31. It is formed by closely contacting the heat insulating material 3 exposed on the side of the heat insulating roof panel 4, and the above problems are solved by these configurations. [Operation] The foamed resin layer is formed by closing the joint A between the heat insulating roof panels 4 and injecting the foamable resin material into the recess 7 of the closing plate 6 to cause foaming, or by filling the soft heat insulating material 31. 8 or the soft heat insulating material 31 is in close contact with the heat insulating material 3 exposed on the side of the heat insulating roof panel 4, so that the airtightness at the joint portion A is secured, and the heat insulating roof panel 4 is thermally insulated by moisture transmission. Is not impaired, and moreover, the work can be performed by injecting a foamable resin material into the recess 7 of the closing plate 6 to foam it or filling it with the soft heat insulating material 31, and the workability is excellent. . The present invention will be described below based on embodiments shown in the accompanying drawings. As the metal plates 1 and 2, a colored zinc iron plate, a colored aluminum plate, a colored aluminum zinc alloy plated steel plate, a stainless steel plate, a titanium steel plate or the like is adopted. Between the upper and lower metal plates 1 and 2, a foamable synthetic resin material such as hard urethane foam, isocyanurate foam, or phenol foam mixed with a polyol, an isocyanate, a catalyst, a foaming agent or the like is injected and foamed to form the heat insulating material 3. A filled insulating roof panel 4 is formed. As shown in FIG. 5, the upper metal plate 1 has a plurality of peaks 9 formed in the longitudinal direction on the surface of a heat insulating roof panel 4 which is bent into a heat insulating corrugated form, and the metal plate 1 is formed on one side. A side edge is extended to form a covering piece 10, and a locking step portion 11 is formed on the inner side surface of the mountain portion 9 on the other side.
Further, the lower metal plate 2 is bent to form an insertion concave portion 12 and an insertion convex portion 13 at the lower portions of both sides of the heat insulating panel 4, respectively. A packing 14 is attached to the end surface of the other side of the heat insulating roof panel 4. At one end of the heat insulating panel 4 in the longitudinal direction, the lower metal plate 2 is cut together with the heat insulating material 3 for a predetermined length, and a connecting piece 5 formed of an end of the upper metal plate 2 is extended. Thus, a plurality of heat-insulating roof panels 4 are laid on the roof support member 18 which is a steel-made purlin with the longitudinal direction parallel to the eaves direction. In the joint A of the heat insulating roof panels 4 in the eaves direction, the connecting piece 5 of the upper heat insulating roof panel 4a is attached to the end of the lower heat insulating roof panel 4b at the end of the EPT packing 20 as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. A fixture 16 such as a tex which is covered with a non-moisture-permeable tape 17 which is a butyl tape is adhered to the roof support member 18 which is bridged between the climbing furring strips 19 from the connecting piece 5. It is fixed. The joint A between the heat insulating roof panels 4 is located between the roof support members 18, and the closing plate 6 is arranged below the joint A. The closing plate 6 is composed of a long plate-like body, and a recess 7 having a triangular cross section is formed in the central portion along the longitudinal direction. As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. It is placed on the roof support material 18 and sandwiched with the moisture impermeable tape 17 so as to be in close contact with the lower surface of the heat insulating roof panel 4, and the recess 7 has the joint portion A
It is located just below. Reference numeral 21 is a closing plate. In this way, the joint portion A is closed, and a foamable synthetic resin material such as hard urethane foam, isocyanurate, or phenol foam is injected into the recess 7 of the closing plate 6 and foamed to form the foamed resin layer 8. The foamed resin layer 8 is filled up to the inside of the joint A between the heat insulating roof panels 4,
Insulation 3 exposed at the bottom of the side of the insulating roof panel 4
And the gap between the sides of the heat insulating roof panel 4 is completely sealed with the EPT packing 15. Instead of the foamed resin layer 8, a soft heat insulating material 31 such as soft urethane may be filled in and adhered to the heat insulating material 3 exposed at the bottom of the side portion of the heat insulating roof panel 4. In a direction parallel to the roof support member 18, as shown in FIG. 4, the heat insulating roof panels 4 are abutted against each other with the packing 20 interposed therebetween, and the heat insulating roof panel 4 and the heat insulating roof panel 4 are insulated from each other at the side portions. The covering piece 10 of the panel 4 is covered, the locking bent piece 22 of the covering piece 10 is locked to the locking step portion 11 of the mountain portion 9, the insertion convex portion 13 is inserted into the insertion concave portion 12, and like the Scott's tex. The fixing member 23 is inserted into the roof support member 18 to which the moisture impermeable tape 17 is pasted from the covering piece 10 through the fixing metal fitting 24 and the sealing tape 25 so as to be joined and fixed. A plastic cap 26 is fitted on the head 23a of the fixing tool 23, and a decorative cover 27 is attached to the joint between the insulating roof panels 4 by being locked at both side edges of the fixing metal fitting 24. Are formed. In this embodiment, a butyl tape is attached to the recess 29 of the insertion protrusion 13 to form the moisture-proof layer 30 between the heat-insulating roof panels 4, thus ensuring reliable moisture-proof and heat-insulating properties. The roof thus constructed has extremely high moisture proof and heat insulating properties, and can be suitably used in a hot and humid factory.

In the present invention, the heat insulating roof panels are butted against each other, the connecting piece of one heat insulating roof panel is overlapped and fixed to the other end of the other heat insulating roof panel, and the closing plate is provided below the joint between the heat insulating roof panels. To close the joint, and to inject the foamable resin material into the recess of the closing plate to foam it, or to fill it with a soft heat insulating material, so that the foamed resin layer or the soft heat insulating material is applied to the heat insulating roof panel. Since it is in close contact with the heat insulating material exposed on the side part, the airtightness at the joint is secured and the moisture proof is secured, and the heat insulating roof panel may impair the heat insulating property due to moisture permeability. Moreover, it is excellent in workability because it can be constructed by injecting a foaming resin material into the recess of the closing plate to foam it or filling it with a soft heat insulating material.
