Abstract

PURPOSE:To secure both moisture proof and heat insulating properties by forming an enclosed space between the upper end face of an outer wall and the lower face of a heat insulating roof panel and injecting a resin foaming material into the space so as to form a foaming resin layer filling the space, and bringing the layer in close contact with the heat insulating material of the roof panel. CONSTITUTION:The space between the upper end of the interior outside of an outer wall 6 and the lower face of a heat insulating roof panel 4 is blocked by an eave drain board 7 and a blocking plate 8 so as to form an enclosed space 9. A heat insulating material 3 is exposed at that portion of the roof panel 4 which faces the enclosed space 9, and also the heat insulating material 3 is brought in close contact with a foaming resin layer 10 filling the space 9.

[Means for Solving the Problems 1] The structure of the eaves of the present invention is formed by laying an insulating roof panel 4, which is formed by filling 1.2 upper and lower metal plates with a heat insulating material 3, on a main building 5. In this structure, the gap between the indoor upper end of the outer wall 6 and the lower surface of the insulating roof panel 4 is closed by an eave sill board 7 and a closing plate 8, respectively, so that the upper end surface of the outer wall 6 and the lower surface of the insulating roof panel 4 are closed. A foamed resin layer 10 forms a sealed space 9 with the lower surface, exposes the heat insulating material 3 at a portion of the insulating roof panel 4 facing the sealed space 9, and fills the sealed space 9 with a foamed resin material. The above-mentioned problem is solved by this structure. [Action 1] The foamed resin layer 10 filled by injecting and foaming a resin foam material into the sealing medium 11t19 formed by the upper end surface of the outer wall 6 and the lower surface of the insulating roof panel 4 is brought into close contact with the heat insulating material 3 of the insulating roof panel 4. Therefore, moisture proofing and heat insulation properties are ensured. The present invention will be described below based on embodiments shown in the accompanying drawings. As the Jk group base plate 12, a colored galvanized iron plate, a colored aluminum plate, a colored aluminum-zinc alloy plated steel plate, a stainless steel plate, a titanium steel plate, etc. are used. A foamable synthetic resin material such as hard urethane foam, incyanurate 7ohm, or phenol 7ohm containing polyol, incyanate, catalyst, blowing agent, etc. is injected between the upper and lower metal plates 1.2 and foamed. The insulation material 3 is filled with
A heat insulating roof panel 4 is formed. ! @4 As shown in Figure 4, the upper metal plate 1 is bent into a corrugated cross section, and a plurality of peaks 11 are formed in the longitudinal direction on the surface of the insulating roof panel 4.
A covering piece 12 is formed by extending the side edge of the cover piece 12, and a locking step portion 13 is formed on the inner surface of the peak portion 11 on the other side. Also, the lower metal plate 2 is bent to form a heat insulating panel 4.
There are four insertion parts 14 and insertion protrusions 1 at the bottom of both sides of the
5 is formed. A packing 16 is attached to the back surface and the end surface of the other side of the covering piece 12 of the heat insulating roof panel 4. One longitudinal end of the insulation panel 4 has a lower /! r
The metal plate 2 and the heat insulating material 3 are cut to a predetermined length to form a connection piece 17 consisting of the end of the upper metal plate 2. The insulating roof panels 4 are laid on the main building 5 made of shaped steel with their longitudinal direction parallel to the eave direction. In the direction of the eaves, the upper insulating roof panels 4 are connected as shown in FIG. Piece 1
7 is coated on the end of the lower insulated roof panel 4 and the connecting piece 1
From 7 onwards, a fixing tool 18 like a typhoid is driven into the main building 5 and fixed. In this embodiment, a moisture-impermeable tape 23 made of butyl tape is laid on the purlin 5 of the lower metal plate 2 to prevent moisture permeation from around the fixing tool 18. In the direction of the main building 5, the insulating roof panels 4 are butted against each other at the sides as shown in FIG. 12 locking bent pieces 19 are locked to the locking step portion 13 of the peak portion 11, and the insertion convex portion 1
5 is inserted into the insertion recess 14, and the fastener 24 is inserted into the covering piece 12.
Pass the fixing fitting 21 and sealing tape 22 through the mountain part 1.
1 and is driven into the main house 5 to which a moisture-impermeable tape 28 made of butyl tape is pasted, and is bonded and fixed. A plastic cap 32 is fitted onto the head 24a of the fixing device 24, and a decorative cover 25 is placed at the joint between the heat insulating panels A.
is attached by being locked with both 1lIII edges of the fixing metal fitting 21, and an air layer 26 is formed. In this embodiment, butyl tape is adhered to the four parts 27 of the insertion convex part 15, and a moisture-proof layer 29 is formed in the lower part between the side parts of the heat insulation panels A. At the eaves of the roof constructed in this way, the ALC
The gap between the indoor outer upper end of the outer wall 6, which is a plate, and the lower surface of the insulating roof panel 4 is closed by the eaves drain plate 7 and the closing plate 8, which are attached via butyl tape 23, respectively, and the upper end surface of the outer wall 6 is insulated. Sealed with the bottom surface of roof panel 4 11f19
is formed. The portion of the lower metal plate 2 facing the sealed space 9 of the insulating roof panel 4 has a width of approximately 501 m and is cut out over the entire length in 5 directions of the main building.
is exposed, and a foamable synthetic resin material is injected into this closed space 9, foamed, and filled with foamed resin 110. In this case, the foamed resin material penetrates into the inside of the heat insulating roof panel 4 through the notch 30 due to foaming and is closely integrated with the heat insulating material 3. Note that it is preferable that the foamable synthetic resin material to be injected is the same material as the heat insulating material 3 of the heat insulating roof panel 4 because it has good adhesion. In addition, an arabesque cutout 31 is placed on the end surface of the eaves of the insulating roof panel 4.
is installed to ensure moisture resistance. Effects of the Invention The present invention provides a roof eave structure formed by laying a heat insulating roof panel formed by filling a heat insulating material between upper and lower metal plates on a main roof, and in which The gap between the lower surface of the insulating roof panel and the lower surface of the insulating roof panel is closed by an eave drainage plate and a closing plate, respectively, and an airtight space is formed between the upper end surface of the outer wall and the lower surface of the insulating roof panel. The insulation material is exposed in the board part, and the foamed resin layer, which is filled by injecting and foaming a resin foam material into the closed space, is in close contact with the insulation material of the insulation roof panel, so the airtightness between the insulation roof panel and the outer wall is maintained. It has good moisture resistance and heat insulation properties, and can be suitably used in factories with high temperature and humidity.
