Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案はブレーキのセルフロツク防止金具に関
するものであり、ブレーキの制動解除時に於いて
ブレーキレバーの戻り作用に連動させてブレーキ
ロツドを押し戻す事が出来る様に設けることによ
つてブレーキのセルフロツクを防止する事が出来
る様にする事をその目的とするものである。

第4図及び第5図は従来のブレーキロツドとブ
レーキレバーの連結方法を示す図面であるが、同
図面に示す様に従来の連結方法はブレーキペダル
(図示省略)に連結するブレーキレバー1を支軸
2を介して回動自在に設け、同ブレーキレバー1
にはピン3を横架させる一方、アクチユエーテイ
ングプレート4,4を介して適宜のブレーキ機構
(図示省略)より突設されるブレーキロツド5を
上記ピン3に挿通させるとともに、同ロツド5の
先端部にはピン3との間にカラー6を存してダブ
ルナツト7,7を螺着させる事によりその連結を
行なう様に構成されている。そしてこの様な従来
の連結方法にあつては、ブレーキペダルを踏圧す
る事によつてブレーキレバー1が矢印a方向に引
張られるとともに、同レバー1に支承されたピン
3を介してブレーキロツド5が同方向に引張られ
てブレーキ機構の制動状態を得る事が出来、又こ
の様な制動状態に於いてブレーキペダルの踏圧操
作を止めればブレーキレバー1はブレーキペダル
の復元スプリングによつて上記とは逆方向に押し
戻される一方、ブレーキロツド5はブレーキ機構
内に設けられる復元スプリングによつて引き戻さ
れその制動状態の解除を得る様に設けられてい
る。そして上記連結機構が例えばカムプレート方
式のデイスクブレーキ、即ちカムプレートと固定
壁との間に鋼球を挾持させ、同カムプレートをブ
レーキロツド5の引張力を介して周方向に回動さ
せる事により鋼球をカムプレートの鋼球受溝の深
い所から浅い方へ押しやり、これによつて生ずる
押圧力を利用してカムプレートを回転デイスクに
圧接させてその制動作用を得る様に構成されるブ
レーキ機構に用いられた場合において、カムプレ
ート部で鋼球が引掛つたり、或は復元スプリング
の作動不良等が生ずると復元スプリングによるブ
レーキロツド5の引き戻し作用が得られなくな
り、上記の様にブレーキ機構の制動状態を解除す
べくブレーキペダルの踏圧操作を止めても第5図
に示す様にブレーキレバー1はブレーキペダルに
連動して押し戻されるものの、ブレーキロツド5
の引き戻しは行なわれない事となり、その結果ブ
レーキペダルの踏圧操作を止めたにも拘わらず制
動が解除されない所謂セルフロツクの状態が生ず
ることとなるのである。

即ち本考案はブレーキペダルと連動して前後方

して前記ピンを跨ぐ状態にてブレーキロツドに挿
通させるに両通孔の両方若しくは一方の通孔はブ
レーキロツドよりも若干大径の直径寸法を存して
開口させ、この大径の通孔を開口する係合片をア
クチユエーテイングプレート側に挿通させてピン
に対して当接可能に設けると共に、もう一方の係
合片を前記ナツトによりブレーキロツドの先端部
に固定させるに同ナツトは同係合片を挟持可能な
如く同係合片を間に存してその両側より相反方向
に螺合させる様に構成した事をその要旨とするも
のである。

具であり、同金具8は断面略コ字型を呈する如く
一条の金属板の両端部を適宜の間隔を存して相対
状に屈曲させて左右一対の係合片8a,8bを形
成し、同係合片8a,8bには夫々通孔9a,9
bを穿設させる様に成す。両通孔9a,9bはブ
レーキロツドの直径よりも若干大径寸法を存して
開口される。そしてこの様に形成されるセルフロ
ツク防止金具8をブレーキロツド5とブレーキレ
バー1の連結部に取り付けるに、同金具8は第2
図に示す様にブレーキレバー1に横架されるピン
3の両側に各係合片8a,8bが夫々位置する状
態にて通孔9a,9bを介してブレーキロツド5
に嵌挿させるとともに、一方の係合片8aの内側
面を上記ピン3の外周面に接当させた状態にて他
方の係合片8bをダブルナツト7,7の緊締作用
を介してブレーキロツド5に固定させる様に成
す。即ち、同ダブルナツト7,7は係合片8bを
挟持可能な如く同係合片8bを間に存してその両
側より相反方向に向けて螺合される。

ク防止金具8はその一方の係合片8bがブレーキ
ロツド5に固定されているとともに他方の係合片
8aがピン3の外周面に接当する様に設けらてい
る事により、上記の様なブレーキレバー1の戻り
作用を介して係合片8aがピン3に押圧され、そ
の押圧力を介して他方の係合片8bに固定されて
いるブレーキロツド5が強制的に押し戻されてブ
レーキ機構の制動状態が解除されるのである。

態にてブレーキロツドに嵌挿させるとともに、一
方の係合片を上記ピンに接当させた状態にて他方
の係合片を上記ブレーキロツドに固定させ、ブレ
ーキの制動解除時に於いてブレーキロツドをブレ
ーキレバーの戻り作用に連動させて押し戻す事が
出来る様にした事により、ブレーキ機構のセルフ
ロツクを防止する事が可能となつた。

せる様に設けられるブレーキ機構は強大な制動力
を必要とする例えばトラクタ等に使用されるので
あるが、この様なブレーキ機構はブレーキロツド
に掛る引張力も極めて大きくなるためナツトも緩
み易く、同ナツトの緩み止め手段を設ける事が不
可欠であるが、本考案にあつては上記の様に係合
片を間に存してその両側より相反方向にナツトを
螺合させる構成によつてナツトの緩みを確実に防
止する事が可能と成り、セルフロツク防止と合わ
せてその安全性を格段に向上させる事が出来るに
至つた。

用的な効果は極めて大である。そして又、この種
ブレーキ機構にあつては、ブレーキロツドを水平
方向に進退させることが要求されるのであるが、
本考案にあつてはピンに当接する係合片側(アク
チユエーテイングプレート側)に開口する通孔を
ブレーキロツドよりも若干大径寸法を存して形成
したことにより、ブレーキロツドに何等の支障を
来すことなく水平方向に進退させることが出来る
に至つた。即ち、ブレーキレバーの回動運動と連
動させて確実に旧位置(ブレーキ解除位置)に戻
すことが出来るに至つた。

させてピンに対して当接可能に設けると共に、も
う一方の係合片を前記ナツトによりブレーキロツ
ドの先端部に固定するに同ナツトは同係合片を挟
持可能な如く同係合片を間に存してその両側より
相反方向に螺合させて成るブレーキのセルフロツ
ク防止機構。
