本考案は、電子交換機に使用する電源等のパツ
ケージに関し、特にそのプリント板上へのシール

電子交換機の電源パツケージはプリント板上に

のシールド板はプリント板上の回路を電磁シール
ドするとともにプリント板上の支持部材上に取付
けたパワトランジスタ等の発熱部品の放熱板とし
ても作用する。従つて、放熱効率を良くするため
にシールド板は支持部材に対し多数のネジを用い

〈考案の構成〉
この目的を達成するため、本考案では、プリン
ト板上に固定した支持部材に複数のネジによりシ

シールド板に設けたネジ取付孔を長孔としその形
状を一端にネジの頭が通過可能な大きさの拡大孔

材2がネジ止めされ、この支持部材2上にパワト
ランジスタ、整流用ダイオード等の発熱部品3
a,3bが取付けられる。支持部材2の上縁のフ
ランジ2a上にアルミ製シールド板4がネジ5に
より固定される。この実施例の場合ネジ止めは6
ケ所で行われ、そのうち1ケ所は、シールド板4
の取付孔がネジ5の径に対応した径の丸孔6(第
4図)であり、この丸孔6を通してネジ5を支持
部材2のフランジ2aのネジ孔8に螺着させ、他
の5ケ所は、シールド板4の取付孔がカギ孔形状
(第4図)でありこのカギ孔7を通してネジ5を
支持部材2のフランジ2aのネジ孔8に螺着させ
ている。カギ孔7は全体として長孔であつてその
一端にネジ5の頭が通過可能な拡大孔7a(第4

置は丸孔6により位置決めされ、また取付中又は
取付後の振動等による位置ずれが防止される。保
守点検又は部品の調整、交換等のためにシールド
板4を取外す場合には、丸孔6に挿入したネジを
取外し、他の5本のネジは単に緩めるだけとし、
シールド板4を全体的にカギ孔7に沿つてずらせ
ネジの頭をカギ孔7の拡大孔7aを通過させるこ

の取付構造においては、シールド板の取付孔とし
てカギ孔形状の取付孔を設けているため、シール
ド板の取外し時に、ネジを完全に取外す必要はな
く単に緩めるだけでシールド板を取外すことがで
きる。複数個の取付孔のうち位置決め用として少
くとも1ケ所を丸孔とし他の取付孔をカギ孔とし
て形成すれば、取付時の位置決めが容易で位置ず
れを起すことなく、取外し作業時にシールド板を
