Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable the feed of water which exercises no influence on stability of contact between a water feed body and an atomizing means by a method wherein a contact position relation between the atomizing means and the water feed body is primarily fixed and a feed water tank is connectable and disconnectable to and from the water feed body and removably mounted on a body. CONSTITUTION:A water feed body 14 is securely pressed in a vibration horn holding frame 9 from a position below an ultrasonic vibrator 10. A taper hole 20 is formed in the end part of the water feed body 14, and the taper hole 20 and a tapered chamfered part 19 of a metallic horn 16 are secured in a position relation in which the metallic horn and the chamfered part make contact with each other. In the feed of water in the feed water tank 3, the feed water tank 3 is pulled off downwardly, and after water is supplied, an engaging port part 3a is pressed, in a similar manner described above, in an engaging cylinder part 9a of a vibration horn holding frame 9 for engagement to set the feed water tank against. Since a guide groove having an uneven surface is formed in housings 4 and 4' and the feed water tank 3 so that the feed water tank 3 is prevented from making contact with the water feed body 14, the feed water tank can be reliably mounted and demounted downwardly. This constitution enables stabilization of a contact condition between the water feed body and the ultrasonic vibrator of the atomizing means and realization of stable spray.

1 Jubei's technology 1 Conventionally, this type of ultrasonic spraying device was developed by, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 5
The one shown in Japanese Patent No. 8-61861 has been proposed. In such a conventional example, one end of the water supply body is introduced into a water supply tank, and the other end of the water supply body is brought into contact with an ultrasonic vibrator, and water from the water supply tank is supplied by the water supply body. Water is atomized and sprayed by the vibration of an ultrasonic vibrator. In addition, the water supply body is integrated with the water supply tank as one block, and when refilling the water tank, the water supply tank and water supply body must be removed from the main unit together, refilled with water, and then reinstalled. Ta.

[Problem to be Solved by the Invention 1] However, in such a conventional example, the water supply body must be removed together with the water tank every time the water supply tank is refilled with water, and after refilling, the water supply tank must be attached and the water supply body removed. There is a problem in that the contact conditions of the water supply body change each time the water supply comes into contact with the horn of the ultrasonic vibrator, making it impossible to ensure stable spray. Also, there is a risk of damage to the water supply body, making it difficult to ensure stable spray. There was a problem that there was no image.

1 Effect] The liquid (hereinafter simply referred to as water) absorbed by the water supply body 14 by the vibration of the ultrasonic vibrator 10 of the atomization means is atomized into fine particles,
By inhaling this spray into the nasal cavity and oral cavity, it moistens the mucous membranes, calms the dry state of the mucous membranes, and relieves inflammation. This, the light water supply body 14, and the ultrasonic vibrator 1 of the atomization means
Since it is in fixed contact with 0, there is always stable contact and stable spraying is possible. In addition, the water supply tank 3 is connected to the water supply body 14.
By removing the water supply tank 3, refilling the water supply tank 3 with water, and attaching the water supply tank 3 again, the water supply tank 3 and the water supply body 14 can be connected and water can be supplied.

Further, there is a tapered hole 20 at the end of the water supply body 14, and this taper hole 20 and the tapered chamfered part 1 of the metal horn
9 are fixed in a positional relationship such that they are in contact with each other. At this time, the O-ring 18 acts as an elastic body to generate a slight pressing force at the contact portion with the water supply body 14. In terms of vibration loss, the vibration loss of the ultrasonic transducer 10 can be set to the minimum because it is held only by the O-ring 18.

When the switch 5 is turned on, a high frequency voltage having a frequency equal to the mechanical resonance frequency of the metal horn 16 generated by the oscillation circuit section 8 is applied to the electrostrictive element 1 by the power supply #i12, and from the electrostrictive element 1]. The generated ultrasonic vibrations vibrate together with the metal horn 16, and the atomizing surface 20 at the tip of the metal horn 16 is made to vibrate due to the amplitude expansion action of the metal horn 16. On the other hand, the water supply body 14 has a water supply tank. 3 to the tip by capillary action, and this guided water is supplied to the atomization surface 20 of the metal horn 16, where it is atomized by ultrasonic vibration energy and sprayed. In a steady spray state, The water in the water supply tank 3 is continuously atomized by the metal horn 16, and when the water in the water supply tank 3 decreases to a level at which water cannot be replenished to the water supply body 14, the water in the water supply tank 3 decreases. It is necessary to replenish water. At this time, after pulling out the water tank 3 downward, replenish the water and press-fit the fitting opening 3a into the fitting cylindrical portion 9a of the vibration horn holding frame 9 again in the same way. In this case, to prevent the water tank 3 from coming into contact with the water supply body 14, the housing 4.4' and the water tank 3 should be provided with uneven surfaces.
It has a structure in which it can be reliably attached and detached downward by providing an id m (not shown), and FIG. 4 shows a circuit diagram of an ultrasonic spraying device that can be used as described above.

[Effect of the invention 1 The present invention has the following features (atomization means that atomizes by ultrasonic waves,
The water supply body that supplies water from the water supply tank to the atomization means is fixed to the main body, and the contact positional relationship between the atomization means and the water supply body is uniquely fixed, and the water supply tank can be connected to and separated from the water supply body, and the water supply body is attached to the main body. Since it is provided in a detachable manner, the contact value ra relationship between the water supply body and the atomization means is fixedly positioned regardless of whether the water supply body and the atomization means are attached or detached due to water replenishment, and the ultrasonic vibrator of the water supply body and the atomization means The contact conditions of the water tank become stable and stable spraying can be achieved, and the water supply tank can be attached and detached independently of the water supply body, making it easy to attach and detach, improving usability when replenishing water. .
