A liquid atomizer that utilizes the atomizing action caused by the vibration of an ultrasonic vibrator has a spray surface 4 of an ultrasonic vibrator 3 shown in FIG. The state of contact with the tip 2 is extremely important. That is, when this contact deepens, the area of the spray surface 4 of the ultrasonic vibrator 3 becomes smaller, the spray startability deteriorates, and the contact load increases, so that more driving power is required. On the other hand, if the contact is shallow, the delivery and reception of water or chemical solution becomes uncertain, resulting in a reduced amount of spray, or in some cases, the state of contact cannot be maintained and spraying is no longer performed. For this reason, in the conventional liquid sprayer, as shown in FIG. Then, a positioning hole 15 is provided in the welded part 14 to form the water absorption band 1, and the tip of the water absorption band 1 is formed by forcibly fitting the positioning hole 15 of the water absorption band 1 into the taper pin 11a of the mounting base 10 of the housing 9. 2 and the spray surface 4 of the ultrasonic vibrator 3 are ensured. However, in this configuration, the positioning hole 15 of the water absorption band 1 is deformed due to fitting and removal into the taper pin 11a, and the tip 2 of the water absorption band 1 and the ultrasonic vibrator 3 are deformed.
The problem is that the contact with the spray surface 4 becomes deeper or shallower, making it unstable. In addition, since the water absorbent belt 1 is inserted into and removed from the taper pin 11a of the positioning hole 15 by directly grasping the water absorbent belt 1 by hand, the water absorbent belt 1 is contaminated with hand marks and the like, which causes deterioration of suction performance.

The present invention will be described below based on embodiments shown in the accompanying drawings. 3 to 9 show an embodiment of the present invention, in which the upper part of the housing 9, which is a synthetic resin molded product, is partitioned into upper and lower parts by a partition plate 16, and the partition plate 16 is provided with ultrasonic vibrations. A mounting opening 49 for mounting the child 3 is opened in a substantially round hole shape. An ultrasonic transducer 3 is located directly below the partition plate 16.
It has a built-in oscillation circuit section 17 and a power switch 18 for vibrating the power supply section 1.
9 is provided. The power supply unit 19 has a dual power supply system, and a dry battery 20 can be supplied as a power source, and a household AC power supply can also be used as a power source via a cord connected to the jack 21. There is. In this embodiment, the ultrasonic vibrator 3 consists of an electrostrictive element 22 that generates vibrations and a vibration horn 23 that magnifies the vibrations, and one electrode of the electrostrictive element 22 is provided at the center of the back surface of the electrostrictive element 22. The other electrode is electrically connected to the vibrating horn 23 by bonding the electrostrictive element 22 and the vibrating horn 23 with a conductive adhesive. Further, a groove 24 is provided on the outer periphery of the vibrating horn 23 at a vibration node, that is, near the vibration zero position, a retaining ring 25 is fitted into this groove 24, and this retaining ring is attached to a retaining frame 26. The retaining ring 25 is of a sufficiently elastic material or construction, such as rubber or diaphragm-like plastic or metal. As a result, the ultrasonic transducer 3 is elastically supported within the housing 9 via the retaining ring 25,
The retaining ring 25 absorbs the vibrations of the ultrasonic transducer 3 and reduces the load caused by the vibrations. 27
is waterproof rubber, and 28 is a presser plate. 5 is partition plate 1
The liquid storage tank 5 is a liquid storage tank that is set in and out of the tank 6, and this liquid storage tank 5 stores a liquid 6 such as water or a chemical solution.
The lower end 1c of the ultrasonic transducer 3 is inserted, and the tip 2 of the upper end 1a is brought into contact with the spray surface 4, which is the tip surface of the vibrating horn 23 of the ultrasonic vibrator 3. As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, a guide hole 29 for the water absorption band 1 is provided on the upper wall of the cap 7 of the liquid storage tank 5, and
A guide wall 30 inclined at an acute angle projects from one side edge of the guide hole 29. A holding means 8 is formed from the guide hole 29 and the guide wall 30, and the intermediate portion 1b of the water absorption band 1 is press-fitted into the guide hole 29 and is held in contact with the inner surface of the guide wall 30.
Therefore, the water absorption band 1 can be attached simply by fitting the cap onto the liquid storage tank 5. Protective walls 31 are hung from both sides of the guide wall 30 of the holding means 8 to the upper surface of the cap 7. Since the exposed portion 32 of the water absorption band 1 is covered by this protective wall 31, the water absorption band 1 can be used even when the water absorption band 1 is temporarily fixed to the cap 7 and the cap 7 is attached to the liquid storage tank 5. Since there is no need to directly touch the wet part of the water absorbent belt 1 with your hands, the water absorption belt 1 can be kept clean at all times, and there is no possibility of dirt from your hands adhering to it and degrading the suction performance. The water absorption band 1 is capable of sucking up water, etc. from the lower end 1c to the upper end 1a by capillary action. For example, as shown in FIG. 1
3, the upper and lower ends are partially welded together. A positioning hole 15 is provided in the welded portion 14 of the upper end portion 1a of this water absorption band 1. In addition,
The water absorption band 1 in this embodiment has a welded part 1 at the lower end 1b.
4 is also provided with a positioning hole 15 to make it vertically and horizontally symmetrical for convenience of use. As shown in FIG. 8, a straight pin 11b, which is a positioning pin 11 attached to a mounting base 10 provided in the housing, is inserted into a positioning hole 15 in the upper end portion 1a of the water absorption band 1. Since the upper end 1a of the water absorption band 1 is supported by the straight pin 11b in this way, the tip 2 of the water absorption band 1 can accurately contact the spray surface 4 of the ultrasonic vibrator 3, thereby improving the spray efficiency. be able to. Furthermore, since the intermediate portion 16 of the water absorption band 1 is held by the holding means 8, the pins attached to the mounting base 10 do not need to be tapered pins, and the pins attached to the mounting base 10 do not have to be tapered pins. Since the straight pin 11b with a small diameter is sufficient, there is almost no deformation of the positioning hole 15 due to fitting and disengaging, and the state of contact between the upper end of the water absorption band 1 and the spray surface 4 of the ultrasonic vibrator 3 can be stabilized. can. 33 extends the upper edge of the guide wall 30 of the holding means 8;
As shown in FIG. 8, the fixed cover 33 has a fixing groove 35 provided on the outer periphery of the tip of the straight pin 11b of the mounting base 10 of the housing 9, and is detachable. A fitting hole 36 is provided to fit into. 38 is a notch groove of the hinge portion 37. This fixed cover 3
3 presses and fixes the upper end 1a of the water absorbing band 1, which prevents the upper end 1a of the water absorbing band 1 from lifting up due to external forces such as vibrations, so that stable contact and therefore spraying can be performed.

Furthermore, since the fixed cover 33 and the extending portion 34 can prevent the upper surface of the upper end portion 1a of the water absorption band 1 from being exposed, it is also possible to prevent the suction performance of the water absorption band 1 from deteriorating due to adhesion of dust and the like. Reference numeral 39 denotes a removable spray mask, which is used by applying it to local areas of the face, and has a cylindrical spray opening at the bottom facing the tip of the vibration horn 23 of the ultrasonic vibrator 3. 40 is left open. The power supply section 19, the oscillation circuit section 17, the ultrasonic vibrator 3, and the power switch 18 are configured as a circuit, and one of the electrode wires 41 connected to the ultrasonic vibrator 3 is connected to the electrode at the center of the back surface of the electrostrictive element 22. The other electrode wire 41 is soldered to the outer peripheral surface of the vibration horn 23.
When the power switch 18 is turned on, the high frequency voltage generated by the oscillation circuit section 17 is transferred to the electrode wire 4.
1 is applied directly to the electrostrictive element 22,
The other voltage is applied to the electrostrictive element 22 via the vibration horn 23 and the conductive adhesive. The ultrasonic vibrations generated by the electrostrictive element 22 vibrate together with the vibrating horn 23, and the spray surface 4 at the tip of the vibrating horn 23 is greatly vibrated due to the vibration magnification effect of the vibrating horn 23. Since the water absorption band 1 supplies the liquid 6 in the liquid storage tank 5 to the atomizing surface 4 of the vibrating horn 23 by capillary action, the supplied liquid 6 is atomized into fine particles by vibration, and then passes through the injection opening 40. It is sprayed forward. Since the ultrasonic vibrator 3 is supported by an elastic retaining ring 25 to improve vibration efficiency, the ultrasonic vibrator 3 may be pushed backwards during cleaning or wiping off water droplets before and after use, but When pushed in, it comes into contact with the bottom surface of the holding frame 26 and stops, thereby preventing damage caused by contact between the ultrasonic transducer 3 and the oscillation circuit section 17. The order in which the water absorbing bands 1 are attached is shown in FIG. 9.
That is, a liquid 6 such as water or a chemical solution is injected into the liquid storage tank 5 (FIG. 9a). Next, the cap 7 provided with the holding means 8 is fitted into the liquid storage tank 5 (FIG. 9b).
After that, the water absorption band 1 is press-fitted from the lower end 1c into the guide hole 29 of the holding means 8, and the lower end 1c is inserted into the liquid storage tank 5.
The middle part 1 of the water absorption band 1 is immersed in the liquid 6 in the
b is held in contact with the inner surface of the guide wall 30 of the holding means 8 (FIG. 9c). The liquid storage tank 5 to which the water absorption band 1 is attached is housed in the housing 9, and the water absorption band 1
A positioning straight pin 1 is attached to the mounting base 10 of the housing in the positioning hole 15 of the upper end 1a.
Insert the tip of 1b (Figure 9d). in this case,
Since the water absorption band 1 is bent and held at a predetermined angle at the stage shown in FIG.
It is fixed in a stable position by the straight pin 11b. Thereafter, the fitting hole 36 of the fixed cover 33 attached to the holding means 8 is fitted into the fixing groove 35 of the straight pin 11b of the mounting base 10 to hold and fix the upper end portion 1a of the water absorption band 1 (FIG. 9e). Finally, the spray mask 39 is fitted (FIG. 9f). When the liquid 6 stored in the liquid storage tank 1 is used up and needs to be replenished, it can be done in the reverse order, but it is not necessary to disassemble it to the state shown in FIG. It is sufficient to remove the cap 7 while keeping the band 1 attached. FIG. 10 shows another embodiment of the present invention, and this embodiment is an example in which the fixing cover 33 provided on the holding means 8 of the above embodiment is not provided.
In addition, in the figure, 42 is an airtight O-ring, 43 is an accent ring, 44 is a printed board, 45 is a middle frame, and 46

As explained above, in the liquid sprayer of the present invention, since the middle part of the water absorption band is held by the holding means provided in the cap of the liquid storage tank, the water absorption band can be easily opened by simply fitting the cap into the liquid storage tank. Since the water absorption band can be installed and the water absorption band can be positioned at the same time, stable contact between the water absorption band and the ultrasonic vibrator can be maintained at all times, resulting in good spray starting performance and, as a result, stable spray action is possible. Furthermore, when replenishing liquids such as water or chemicals, all you have to do is remove the cap to which the water absorption band is attached, and there is no need to touch the water absorption band directly with your hands, so the water absorption band can be kept clean at all times, and the capillary This has the advantage that deterioration in siphoning performance due to phenomena can also be prevented.
