Abstract

PURPOSE:To anneal an iron core made of an amorphous magnetic material by simplified work with a simplified apparatus by inserting permanent magnets into the gaps in the iron core and annealing the iron core while applying a DC magnetic field. CONSTITUTION:Permanent magnets 2 are interposed between the divided faces of iron cores 1A, 1B divided into two and DC magnetic flux 3 is passed through the iron cores 1A, 1B. In this state, the iron cores are put in an annealing furnace 6 and annealed in a magnetic field. The iron cores can be annealed without using a coil for generating a magnetic field or a DC power source device.

"Prior Art" A conventional embodiment is shown in FIG. FIG. 3 shows the state of annealing in a magnetic field of an iron core using an amorphous magnetic material. This is a method of annealing in a magnetic field in an annealing furnace 6 while passing a DC magnetic flux 3 through it.

"Problems to be Solved by the Invention" Since the amorphous magnetic timber 1 requires annealing in a direct current magnetic field, it is necessary to wind a magnetic field generating coil around the iron core, which makes the work extremely complicated. Because the coil is used in a high-temperature atmosphere, it quickly deteriorates and becomes unusable.

取替の費用が非常に多くかかる欠点を有している。It has the disadvantage that replacement costs are very high.
