【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は電子レンジ用の高圧トランスなどとし
て用いられるトランスに係り、特に鉄心に対する
コイルの絶縁に改良を加え品質の向上を計ろうと
するものである。

る絶縁シートのずれも全くなくなり、絶縁性が著
しく安定し、鉄心への組込時にも鉄心のばりなど
によりコイルに損傷を与えてレヤーシヨートを発
生させるおそれもなく、端子部もこの絶縁シート
の一部で形成できることになつてこの点でも部品
点数の削減が計れることになり、また、本考案に
おいては、絶縁シートの底面板に鉄心挿入用の開
口につながるように切込みを設けるとともに、絶
縁シートにより被つたコイルの端部の引出線を上
記切込みを通して引出し位置決めするため、引出
線が鉄心の角とこすれあつて断線するといつたお
それもなくなる効果が得られ、実用的価値の大な
るものである。
