[Detailed description of the invention] The present invention relates to a transformer in which the part of the coil that comes into contact with the iron core is covered with an insulating sheet to maintain insulation between the iron core and the bobbinless coil. The aim is to provide a product with excellent insulation properties using fewer parts.

従来のトランスに用いられるコイルとしては、第1図、

It was constructed as shown in Figure 2.

That is, a rectangular cylindrical insulating pipe 2 is fitted inside the bobbinless coil 1, and U-shaped insulators 3 and 4 are placed over the outside of the surface in contact with the iron core.

In this configuration, the end face of the insulating pipe 2 and the U-shaped insulator 3,
As shown in Fig. 2, there is a line contact with the end face of the coil 1, and if the position of the insulating pipe 2 and the U-shaped insulators 3 and 4 is even slightly shifted, the insulation between the coil 1 and the iron core will be impaired. It becomes enough,
The quality was extremely unstable.

In addition, insulating tape is wrapped around the contact surface of the coil with the iron core to insulate the coil and the iron core, but the work of wrapping the insulating tape is time-consuming and is poor in terms of productivity. It had become a thing.

Furthermore, a configuration as shown in Fig. 1 has been developed in which a tongue piece inserted between the coil and the insulating pipe is integrally provided in the portion of the U-shaped insulator corresponding to the insulating pipe.
According to this configuration, the space between the end face of the insulating pipe and the end face of the U-shaped insulator is completely covered by the tongue piece, and even if the two are misaligned, the insulation between the coil and the iron core will be insufficient. However, the work of inserting the insulating pipe by folding the tongue pieces into the inside of the coil from the top and bottom of the coil makes it difficult to insert the insulating pipe because the insertion tip of the insulating pipe hits one of the tongue pieces, resulting in poor work efficiency. However, there were drawbacks such as the need to fix the tongue piece to the inner surface of the coil with tape or the like in advance.

また、絶縁パイプと鉄心との間に舌片を位置させる場合

Further, even when the tongue piece is positioned between the insulating pipe and the iron core, there is a drawback that the iron core gets caught on the end face of the tongue piece when the iron core is assembled, resulting in poor workability.

本考案は以上のような従来の欠点を除去するものである
The present invention eliminates the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art.

According to the insulating sheet 7.8 having this configuration, on the upper surface of the coil 6, pieces a and e overlap and cover the coil 6, so that
The insulation between the coil 6 and the iron core 5 is sufficient, and when the iron core 5 is assembled, it is completely possible to eliminate the problem of the e-piece getting caught on the iron core 5 and requiring time and effort for assembly.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 9, the insulating sheet 7.8 is made by forming a synthetic resin layer 13 such as polypropylene on the inner surface of the pressboard or paper material 12, and making it highly moisture-proof as an insulating sheet. It is also possible to adopt a configuration that protects the coil 6 from.

As the transformer of the present invention is constructed as described above, the end surface of the insulating sheet has an overlap margin on the upper surface of the coil, so that sufficient insulation between the bobbinless coil and the iron core can be maintained, and the iron core can be inserted. The insulating sheet does not get caught on the end face of the insulating sheet and gets damaged, and the assembly work can be carried out extremely smoothly, which is excellent in terms of quality and productivity.

Moreover, since a single insulating sheet is bent and covered with the coil, there is no misalignment, and in this respect, the insulation is extremely stable, which has great practical value. It is a big thing.
