バを連通させる流体通路を形成し、さらにダイア
フラムまたはこれを一体の弁棒に取付けたマグネ
ツトとケーシングに取付けたスイツチ部材からな
る信号発信装置を具備するフローコントロール装
置において、流通制御部の弁座と弁体の最接近時
に、前記弁棒の流体通路に連通する流体導出部か
ら該導出部に対応する流体導入部間に前記弁棒の
流体通路と同等かもしくはこれよりも大きな流通
断面積を有する流通路が保持されるようにしたこ
