Claims

The valve body 2 is provided with a first passage 3 and a second passage 4 that serve as an inlet and an inlet for fluid, and a relief valve seat 6 is formed in the first passage 5 that communicates both passages 3 and 4. The relief function is achieved by providing the relief valve element 7 which is biased in the direction of contacting the seat 6, and the second flow path 13 is provided which bypasses the front and rear of the relief valve seat 6. A control valve with a relief function, characterized in that a main valve seat 14 is formed in a passage 13, and a main valve body 15 is provided which is driven in a direction in which the main valve seat 14 comes into contact with and moves away from the main valve seat 14.
