Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a soft capsule agent stably preservable at room temperature even in a hot and humid environment in summer season, etc., without causing the adhesion of capsules by moisture and heat, etc., by using a coating film containing a water-insoluble cellulose and an inorganic acid salt. CONSTITUTION:The objective soft capsule agent can be prepared by (1) mixing gelatin, glycerol, etc., with (A) a water-insoluble cellulose or its derivative (e.g. crystalline cellulose or ethyl cellulose) and/or a water-insoluble inorganic acid salt (e.g. monobasic phosphate such as monobasic calcium phosphate, dibasic phosphate such as dibasic calcium phosphate, alkaline-earth metal salt such as precipitated CaCO3 or MgCO3, etc.) and (B) purified water at 80 deg.C for 3hr under heating to form a soft capsule coating agent consisting of a sol solution of gelatin, (2) mixing the solution with tocopherol acetate and sesame oil under stirring to obtain a homogeneous liquid mixture to be used as a content and (3) coating the content with the coating agent by a filling machine. The amount of the cellulose and inorganic acid is 3-50 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. of gelatin.

点を解決できることを見出し、本発明を完成した。

本発明で使用される水不溶性のセルロース又はその誘導
体としては結晶セルロース、エチルセルロース等が挙げ
られる。また水不溶性の無機酸塩としては、第一リン酸
、第二リン酸、炭酸のアルカリ土類金属塩が挙げられ、
特に第一リン酸カルシウム、第二リン酸カルシウム、沈
降炭酸カルシウム、炭酸マグネシウム等が好ましい、こ
れらのセルロース、セルロース誘導体及び無機酸塩はゼ
ラチン1oozEk部に対し3〜50!i量部、特に5
〜35!i量部を配合するのが好ましい、この配合量が
これより少ないと本発明の目的が達成されず、またこれ
を超えて配合すると成型性に問題がある。
