[Prior Art] As a heat insulating panel used in general prefabricated refrigerators and the like, a sandwich panel made of a pair of aluminum surface plates filled with a heat insulating core material such as polyurethane foam is widely used. In this case, in order to obtain a corner panel, a V-shaped groove in cross section is formed from one side of the panel leaving the surface plate on the other side, and then the panel surfaces on both sides of the V-shaped groove are pressed. The method of bending the surface plate on the other side along the V-shaped groove is generally used, but the bending corners are rounded, which has the disadvantage of causing problems when connecting to other panels. .

Therefore, as a method to improve the above-mentioned drawback, two metal bending guide plates are welded in advance to the surface of the other surface plate to be bent in the sandwich panel with the planned bending line in between, and After forming the character-shaped groove, the surface plate on the other side is bent at an acute angle along the gap between two bending guide plates, or the back surface of the surface plate to be bent is pre-aligned with the planned bending line. A single metal plate is welded together, and at the same time as the V-shaped groove is formed, the metal plate is divided into two bending guide plates, and then the metal plate is welded along the gap between the divided bending guide plates. A method has been proposed in which the surface plate on the other side is bent at an acute angle (see Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 55-17107), and a V-shaped groove is formed in the sanderch panel, and the V-shaped slope of this groove is , a bending guide plate made of a synthetic resin plate bent in a V-shape with its valleys formed into a thin bendable part is joined, and other parts are attached along the bendable part of the bending guide plate. A method is known in which the surface plate of a surface is bent at an acute angle.

[Problems to be solved by the invention] However, since all of the above conventional methods involve attaching a bending guide plate or a metal plate to the panel, the number of structural members increases, and the weight increases.
Moreover, since the number of processing steps increases, there is a drawback that productivity cannot be improved. Furthermore, the former two had the disadvantage that the heat insulation properties of the panels were reduced. Therefore, as a means to eliminate these drawbacks, the applicant has arranged a plurality of rotating disks and drum-shaped rollers in series that face each other, and sequentially bends the sanderch panel along a V-shaped bending groove. In this bending device, it is difficult to center the disk and the drum-shaped roller, and if the centering is not aligned, multiple ridges will be formed at the corners of the sanderch panel. There was a risk that dimensional accuracy would deteriorate, and high quality could not be maintained in some cases.

The panel P configured as described above is placed on the panel supply side of the folding device of this invention using a guide roller 70 adjusted in advance with the V-shaped groove 23 side facing upward.
It is conveyed onto the conveyor 10 via. Next, the conveyor 10 is moved in opposite directions by the cylinder device 60 to bend the sandwich panel P at a predetermined angle, and then transported to the insertion bending plate 30 and receiving mold member 40 side by the transport means 50. At the same time, the insertion bending plate 30 and the receiving mold member 40 work together to accurately bend the corners of the panel P, and then the panel P is taken out.

In the above embodiment, the insertion bending plate 30 is made up of a disc and the receiving mold member 40 is made of a drum-shaped roller, but the insertion bending plate 30 is limited to the structure described above. For example, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the insertion folding plate 30 is a rectangular plate-shaped folding plate that is movable up and down by a holding cylinder device 34 installed in the main body of the device. The receiving mold member 40 is formed of a curved plate 35, and the receiving mold member 40 has a V
It may also be configured with a grooved mold 47 having a shaped cross section.
With this configuration, the bending plate 35 descends toward the grooved die 47 as the holding cylinder device 34 operates toward the panel P conveyed by the conveyance means 50. Corners can be bent accurately.

In addition, the panel P which has been bent is attached with a bonding material such as an angle material, with both slopes of the V-shaped groove 23 and the cutout end of the surface plate 21b in contact with each other, as shown in FIG. 24 is fixed to the inner surface of the bent portion of the panel with a rivet 25 to form a corner panel. Note that the joining is not limited to rivets; for example, the abutting end of the surface plate 21b on the inner surface of the folded portion of the panel may be bonded using hot melt.

In the above embodiment, the receiving mold member 40 is disposed on the lower side, and the insertion bending plate 30 is disposed facing the receiving mold member 40. However, it is not always necessary to arrange it in this state. For example, if the upper and lower surfaces of the panel P are reversed, and the receiving mold member 40 is arranged on the upper side and the insertion bending plate 30 is arranged on the lower side, the panel P will be the same. Can be bent. Further, the conveyor 10 does not necessarily have to have the same size on the left and right sides, and the same effect can be obtained even if the conveyor 10 has an asymmetric size. Needless to say, the angle can be set as follows.
