Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は、強制脱水処理後の汚泥ケーキに対す
る乾燥処理部を、その乾燥処理部の汚泥ケーキを
連続供給自在な状態で焼却炉に付設した汚泥焼却
炉に関する。

めに時間を要する欠点があり、又、汚泥ケーキを
乾燥処理部に供給する場合に、塊状で供給される
事が多く、乾燥処理のために、より一層時間を要
する欠点があり、その上、乾燥が不十分であると
焼却炉で多量の熱エネルギーを要する等、熱効率
が極めて低いものであつた。

ケーキを受け止めるホツパー2を設けると共にホ

状態でローラ3…を並設した圧延処理部4を設
け、その圧延処理部4に連ねて乾燥処理部5を、
かつ、乾燥処理部5に連ねて焼却炉6を設け、汚
泥ケーキを連続的に供給し、薄板化処理した後に
乾燥焼却処理していくように汚泥焼却炉を構成し
てある。

に対し、1〜3mmの厚みにまで薄板化処理するも
